Modern Dental and Implants

My first visit today , 1/27/26. Staff were friendly. Wait time wasn't bad. Bre one of the dentist hygienist were super nice, she answered all my questions and concerns.👍Dr. my overall experience was great even tho I was scared lol. I highly recommend this place to others.

My Daughter had an appointment for two wisdom teeth to be pulled on Friday the 5th of December. When we got there the receptionist told us that the doctor is not there blaming it on my daughter that she got the day wrong. This office takes no responsibility Palo the receptionist blames everybody else then himself.she had to miss work been in pain for 3 weeks never gave her pain meds or an antibiotic. Horrible place.

I went to modern dental to get my teeth cleaned and check out their implants. Polo and Paula we're so helpful and friendly they all bent over backwards to please me and make me feel comfortable. They explained all the processes ahead of time and actually made me look forward to coming to the dentist. My teeth look and feel great!

This dentist and her whole staff are EXELLENT! My husband and I have been seen as patients several times over the past few months and we are both extremely impressed with the whole office especially the staff. We had a bad experience somewhere else so we were hoping they would be better and we were so impressed. They took care of everything for the insurance and financing what insurance didn’t cover. They are so friendly and compassionate. We come from quite a distance to go there and they always make sure to fit us both in each time we make an appointment. This office is incredible in every way and we couldn’t be happier with our experience there. Thank you to all of you in this office!!!

I unfortunately had to go through five or six different dental offices before finding this wonderful office. They have been soo helpful and caring and they genuinely seem like they care about their patients well being and not just about the money unlike so many other dental offices these days. Also they explained everything to me thoroughly and helped put any fears I had at ease! I look forward to my next appointment with them.

New patient Very professional and friendly staff. Also felt very welcomed and comforted by staff and Dr made me feel at easy due to bad experience in an other dentist office. Both Dr and staff Answered all questions , Where very attentive to my needs Didn't feel rushed out at all.They go Above and beyond to Accommodate you. Highly recommend! I initially went there as I had a couple of really bad teeth that were really painful I needed fixed asap. I loved the Dentist and her assistants were lovely. They took xrays explained what was found, then went over billing and said they will submit and contact me when receive authorization. After sometime, I called and spoke to a gal to ask they received my authorization yet. She was very apologetic and said I do see it has been 3 months, let me look into this and we will get back you. Ok great. A few days later a man called explained that 1 was approved out of the a few submitted. I was upset at my ins for the denials but I did apologize to him telling him it was not personal against him that it had nothing to do with him, I am just upset at my ins. as I have been trying to get my teeth fixed for 3 years. I did not argue, no yelling. I just stated I did not understand why they denied it all. I was frustrated. He did state he would speak to management and see what they thought implying that perhaps they could help. The call ended well, so I thought! Four days later a gal calls from the office and states we received your approval for the one cap would you like to make an appt. Yes, I do. We made the appt. No problem. The day before the appt I called to reschedule 2 weeks ahead as I was still recovering from surgery. So now Appt re-scheduled and I even was able to keep the same time slot. When I arrived for the appt It was not in the system. Something happened? I was then asked did "I" call to confirm my appt? I explained again that I had called in to reschedule the appt because I was still healing from surgery. The man stepped in and said aggressively do you remember me? I am the one that made your appt! Then proceeded go on and on and on remember me! I replied, yes, I do remember you and then explained that I no, I made the appt w/ a female who called me. Later I called to reschedule for today. He was berating me saying i did not remember the conversation. Listen, I am of sound mine and I remember our conversation verbatim. I tried to diffuse the situation and told him, it had nothing to do with you that I was upset at my ins. I told him I did apologize on the phone at tge time as well. It was not directed at him, it was statements upset as they denied everything but one tooth. I even said I am not trying to argue with you as i just wanted to find out about my appt. He said well do you want an appt? I said yes. He just started in again remember me you arguing with me. What? It was not like that. He was lying just making stuff up. Stating I argued with him blah blah AND he made the appt. You were to call me back, he said. What? It was very bizarre. I was upset but did not argue with him in the phone call, i did not understand why they denied everything that is all. I apologized for being upset it was not him blah blah but the ins company. it was not a big deal blown up argument or arguing period. He was being very agressive towards me. I am the only man here! blah blah. If he made the appt I was still standing there w/no appt being blamed and accused of saying things and not calling to confirm my appt. It was confirmed at the time the appt was made AND I was not to call him. He was to show denials to management to see what they thought to supposedly try to help me and get back to me. If I got any information on my end i would share that information with him then. Either way I rescheduled the appt, then drove there expecting to have my tooth fixed. The appt was made. 3 months waiting and then I drove there for nothing. Really. He just kept going on blaming me instead of just saying, I am sorry you were inconvenienced lets just reschedule it and try to make sure it does not happen again and make the appt. I am not a liar and I do not appeciate being called one, accused of things I did not do. I was forced to explain again & again even showing my phone logs. While the staff & patients listened. Is he the owner? You talk to your patients like that? A man being aggressive towards any one is unacceptable but a female
