I had a wonderful experience at my recent dental visit! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional, especially Klaudia, the office manager. I had gum grafting surgery and Dr. Cangini was amazing! He made me feel comfortable and at ease. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood my treatment options. He was so professional and knowledgeable. The whole procedure went smooth and was as painless as possible. I really appreciated how patient and kind he and everyone was. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality care and a friendly atmosphere! -Maria Berolo

My daughter was seen February 2024 and was immediately told she needed braces. Xrays were taken and she had rubber band spacers placed all at the initial consult. We returned a few days later only to find that the provider had placed the spacer on the WRONG SIDE of her mouth. Needless to say, we were not pleased that she had to go through several days of discomfort for nothing. We immediately decided that we would get care elsewhere. The office told us there would be no NO CHARGES for her care. They "pretended" to be sorry for their mistake. Although I was still upset about the mistake, I felt the solution was adequate. For all my other dental visits, my insurance was billed within a few days and I have never waited more than 2 weeks after a dental visit to get a dental claim fully processed. In this case, the office submitted a claim 6 months after the visit and the insurance paid the office over $400 for "consultation" and xrays. I find it shady that the claim was submitted so many months after the visit. It makes me feel like they waited until we forgot about them. My fault I didn't notice this at the time because we had moved on to a different orthodontist (Dr. Schlicher--who is amazing and didn't even feel my daughter needed to have braces right away and has just been monitoring her for the past 2 years WITHOUT CHARGING US OR OUR INSURANCRE COMPANY! Six stars for him) I was recently looking over dental claims and noticed the 2024 ortho charge. I have $3000 lifetime ortho coverage so this office basically took over 10% of that amount for hurting my child. I called the office to discuss this and the basic answer I got was just to dispute the charges with the insurance company. The person I spoke said "of course we would charge for the xrays". REALLY???? You make a mistake that hurts a child and then wait 6 months and charge for xrays that we will never be able to use? And she then says "oh, we can send you a copy of the xray". Thanks lady...I really need xrays that are two years old because my daughter's mouth has not changed for the past 2 years! When I asked her why the claim was submitted 6 months after the visit, she immediately blamed the insurance company. There have been numerous dental claims submitted for every member of my family and yet this is the only incidence of this type of delay. It's been a long time since I've been this upset. Do not go to this place. They just rush to slap braces on everyone. Did I mention Dr. Schlicher has just been monitoring my daughter FOR NO CHARGE since 2024 and he sees her twice a year. Digest that! I only wish there was an option for ZERO STARS!!!!!

Dr Ku and her associates have been super patient with my kids - they went above and beyond to make sure kids have positive experiences here. It really helps building up the trust, confidence and comfort with dentists overall - for their later experiences in life. I really appreciate their efforts, expertise and patience.

I always have a great experience here! Doctor Sidhu and Michelle take their time and do a great job in their professions. I feel like I always get the best care in their hands. Noelle also does a wonderful job at appointment making easy and greets me with a smile.

I feel deeply disappointed with Livermore Smile Dentistry after what happened with my #14 tooth. Earlier this year, I went to this clinic for treatment on my #14 tooth. The dentist performed the procedure and assured me that everything was taken care of. However, only a short time later, I started to feel pain again in the exact same tooth. Concerned, I went to another dental office for a second opinion. To my shock, the new dentist found that the previous work on my #14 tooth was done poorly and did not solve the problem at all. In fact, the treatment from Livermore Smile Dentistry left the tooth in worse condition, requiring me to redo the procedure and spend more money out of pocket. When I contacted Livermore Smile Dentistry about this, instead of acknowledging the mistake or offering any real help, they completely denied responsibility and tried to shift the blame. This showed me not only a lack of professional skill, but also a serious lack of integrity. After being a patient here for many years, this experience broke my trust completely. I have now moved my family to another dentist. I would never recommend Livermore Smile Dentistry to anyone who values honest, responsible, and reliable dental care.

DO NOT GO HERE!! I WISH COULD GIVE THEM THE 0 THEY DESERVE BUT I'LL DO A 1 FOR THE ASSISTANT MANGER LEANNE. I booked an appointment three months in advance because their availability is so limited, and I have to schedule around my demanding work hours. They told me to arrive at 6:45 AM for a 7:00 AM appointment — which I did, only to wait 20 minutes just to be taken back, and then sat for another 45 minutes before anyone even looked at me. When I originally scheduled the appointment, I was told clearly that it would include both a cleaning and an exam. Well, the hygienist wasn’t even in the office that day. No notice, no apology. Just silence. Then Dr. Komal Sindhu finally came in and looked at my teeth for maybe 10 seconds. No communication, no concern — just a rushed, dismissive attitude. When I calmly expressed that the experience was unacceptable, she literally walked away saying, "I don’t have time for this." If that’s the case, don’t overbook your practice. I planned my entire morning around this appointment, waited over an hour, and was given less than a minute of actual care. I have never felt so disrespected or disregarded in a professional setting. If you value your time and want to be treated like a person — not an inconvenience — I suggest you look elsewhere. I will never return.

I went to livermore smiles for a root canal and a crown 3 years ago and the crown fell out while I was eating. I called and they never got back to me this is horrible. I paid cash money and they dont want want to return my calls or fix the problem I will not recommend them at all.
