I have been seeing Dr. Huy Nguyen for about 2 years now. Dr. Nguyen is so caring and thorough! Her professionalism and perfectionism make her an outstanding dentist. I appreciate how she takes the time to educate me about dental care — she’s amazing at what she does! Her amazing staff are friendly and attentive — they make every visit easy and comfortable. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with this office, especially with Dr. Nguyen and their team. From the very first visit, I was met with kindness, patience, and a genuine commitment to my oral health. Like many people, I had some anxiety about dental visits, but Dr. Nguyen immediately put me at ease with her warm demeanor and compassionate approach. The staff took the time to explain every step of my treatment plan, making sure I understood the why behind each procedure. They never rushed appointments and always listened carefully to my concerns. My smile looks and feels better than it has in years, and I owe that to the consistent, thoughtful care I’ve received here. Great experience here! Very professional and friendly and always fit me in quickly. When I had a question about something they thoroughly explained why they made the recommendation they did including showing me the X-ray which was super helpful and helped me feel confident in their plan of care for me! 10/10 would recommend!

As a high anxiety dental patient, I was nervous to try a new dentist. I chose this office because they were in my insurance network, they were close to work and home, and they offer a variety of options to relieve anxiety. Dr. Burbach and the hygienist (I feel badly that I didn't get her name) were so great! They explained everything they were doing and offered things like headphones, music, and TV to help me relax. Dr. Burbach has a great sense of humor and both treated me like I had been a patient of theirs for years. I am so happy I found them.

I am always impressed with how gentle the cleaning is at North Star Dental! I have sensitive gums and large tori but they take care to be sure I am confortable, especially during x-rays!!

My favorite place to get my teeth cleaned! Elizabeth is the best hygienist ever and always cleans my teeth so well! The ladies at the front are always so welcoming always which always makes me happy! You can’t forget the dentists either who always go above and beyond! 10/10 and will always be a longtime patient!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but after my first visit to NorthStar Dental last week, I had to share my experience. Hands down, this is the best dental office I’ve ever been to! I have a lot of dental anxiety, and when I called to schedule, I mentioned it to the front desk staff. Right from the start, their calm, non-judgmental tone made me feel like I was in good hands. On the day of my appointment, Heather and Leah greeted me with warm smiles, which immediately helped ease my nerves. As I settled in, I felt more relaxed thanks to their welcoming attitude. Dr. Nguyen and her assistant were amazing, too. They took the time to chat with me before getting started, and I had a lot of questions. Dr. Nguyen patiently answered every one of them, never making me feel rushed or judged. I’m so glad I found NorthStar Dental, and I’ll be transferring my entire family to their care. Highly recommend!
