HW Dental Polaris

HW Dental Polaris is awesome! Dr Cho is excellent and kind! Sam is awesome and always kind! Grace and Zoey and Felicity are always excellent and on top of everything with scheduling! They always respond and help me. I hope I didn’t leave anyone out because everyone I have met have been kind, and very helpful every time! The entire front office staff has exceptional customer service and Sam is wonderful and her and Dr Cho make a great team!! Thank you all and thank you Dr Cho for being a great dentist and for caring for my teeth. I sincerely appreciate each and every one of you!!

First of all, I used to feel very anxious about visiting the dentist, but my experience at HW Dentals completely changed that. From the moment I walked in, the entire team was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, which immediately put me at ease. I had a root canal treatment done, and to my surprise, I felt no fear or discomfort throughout the process. The care and professionalism of the staff made a significant difference in my experience. Thank you, Dr. Cho, for your kindness and for taking the time to clearly explain every step of the treatment and everything I needed to know. I truly appreciate the excellent care I received and highly recommend this office to anyone who feels nervous about dental visits.

I had a great experience at this dental office. They were quick to get me in, and Dr. Cho was very polite and helpful in explaining the procedure I’ll be needing. I’m just waiting on insurance approval now, but so far I’m very happy with my visit and excited to return. It is very hard to find a good friendly dentist sometimes. I suggest trying Dr Cho!

The Dr. and her staff are so welcoming! They really care about their patients health as well as their comfort. My sister has Autism and can be fearful of the dentist, but HW dental took special care of her and she did exceptionally well! Thank you HW Dental! I highly recommend you to everyone.

I was nervous about getting two wisdom teeth removed, but the whole experience was easier than I expected. The procedure went smoothly and the team took great care of me. Definitely recommend this office Dr Chang was amazing.

I have been here several times for fillings, cleanings, a root canal, crowns, etc. and they are all so great! The staff are very kind and respectful, and they work so fast. I always get appointments that fit within my schedule, they have text reminders, and the secretaries are very friendly and easy to talk to. I have autism and past trauma with dentists, and the people here are not only respectful and accommodating, but they welcome me each visit with acceptance and care.

I found HW Polaris online as I had been searching for a dentist. I have always had very high anxiety going to any dentist. Dr Cho and her assistant Maey, were so understanding to my fear/anxiety. They were both so chill and helped lift some of my worries. Dr Cho was so gentle while doing my dental work and was very attentive to being sure I was as comfortable as possible. I had an amazing experience from start to finish here and highly recommend!! Thank you Dr Cho, Maey and HW Dental Polaris!! Upon arrival, the front desk girl was so sweet too, I apologize for not remembering her name. You all are awesome!! 💜
