We had a great experience with Dr. Son. He was very kind and patient with my two daughters (ages 6 and 9), and made the visit fun and comfortable for children who were feeling nervous. The exam room was also very clean and pleasant. Highly recommend!

LOVE it here. I would like to shout out Elizabeth specifically, she cleaned my teeth and she is so so nice. I always get really anxious going here but she was so sweet and made me feel comfortable and also DID NOT MAKE ME TAKE OUT MY NEW MOUTH PIERCING THANK YOU ELIZABETH!! I’m gonna ask for her every time now she was really nice. Also the place is clean and professional. I go out of my way to keep coming here and will continue to. <3

I couldn’t be more pleased with this place. I got a tooth extraction and cleaning. I had an issue with billing, but the manager there resolved it right away and was extremely patient with answering all questions I had, making sure I fully understood the process. My doctor (Dr. Myers) was really professional and attentive. Even the recovery time was quick, and I had no post-op complications or issues whatsoever. Definitely highly recommend this dentist, the staff there really care and strive to make sure you have a good experience.

For me, the dentist always brought anxiety and dread. The doctors and staff have gone above and beyond to make my experience pleasant and professional. They are kind, patient and thorough. I had a thorough cleaning with Majet today, her sparky personality put me at ease, she was quick and did an amazing job. I referred my daughter, who is quite picky, she loves them also. Highly recommend!

I came in for the $89 New Patient Special, which states that it includes an exam, X-rays, cleaning, and fluoride treatment. From the very beginning, the clinic knew I have a permanent retainer (I mentioned it in the forms, and it is clearly visible). Despite this, they confirmed that I qualified for the promotion. The doctor assured me that both the exam and the cleaning would be done the same day. However, once I was already in the chair, they only did X-rays and the exam, and then told me the cleaning could not be done that day and that I needed to reschedule. On top of that, they explained that I "needed" a different, more expensive type of cleaning, which was not included in the promotion. In the end, I was required to pay separately for the exam, since the service I came for under the promotion was not actually available. This feels like a deliberate way of misleading new patients, and I left feeling deceived.

By seeing all the great reviews, I booked the appointment with the doctor for tooth pain. All the technology for scanning,Xray was all good.The doctor saw the images and told me that I had an infection. I asked him what are the options. He responded by saying there are only two options 1)Root canal treatment to remove the infection 2)Removal of the tooth The second option was a scare tactic, so I asked what about treatment with Antibiotics, he seemed shaken and told me that Antibiotics might fix it temporarily but not permanently, as the infection may return. He once again pitched for root canal treatment, It was then I decided to get prescription for Antibiotic.Root canal treatment should always be the last option. Now I can understand, students take loan to study to become doctors, and it's a struggle to keep all the staff their salary , but only honesty from doctors will carry their business forward. Treatment shouldn't be based in a way so as to milk the maximum money from the patient. Hope this review brings in process improvement. Thanks!
