I loved Dr Silva and the tech staff. I was ready to move forward with work and could not get the office to communicate with me. 10 phone calls and no contact. Good luck. 🤣 funny that the response to "you won’t communicate with me" is a request to call!

Staff is extremely courteous and timely. They explain the procedures and make recommendations of better dental hygiene which is greatly appreciated. They are never in a hurry and I get complete individualized attention.

When the dentist shows up with a "finance rep", you know you’ve made a mistake. 30 minutes in the chair, X-Rays and exam. The total they wanted for a "deep cleaning", two molar crowns was $3000-4500 somewhere in there.But my question is "why didn’t my old dentist see all this before I moved?" I’m driving across town to go back to someone I trust. Ridiculous. I left without even a cleaning and look what they charged my insurance. I wouldn’t buy a used car from this place. Follow up two weeks later; Returned to my old dentist office across town. Of course insurance won’t cover it because I just wasted a visit. X-Rays AGAIN, cleaning, and exam. $112 dollars. No molars needed, no "deep cleaning" needed. Seriously, ONLY $112 out of pocket. What’s the lesson? Find someone you can trust.

I have terrible anxiety and the ladies here made sure I was more than comfortable during my dental visit! Tea was a great help and every one was else very kind and patient. I enjoyed my cleaning with the hygienist Toni and I highly recommended giving Dr. Silva and her team (Coi & Stephanie) a try if you’re in the market for a new dental office.

NEVER GO TO THIS DENTIST!!!! First I went in with severe pain from wisdom teeth. They gave me a medication which was the wrong medication and I ended up in the er and the er gave me the correct medication. Then called to get my x rays transferred 6 TIMES And they have so far refused to do it!!!! They say they don’t know how to do it they yelled at me when I went in to get it sent and said they won’t do it I can never get a hold of someone in office and they say they will reach out to someone in office and they never do and no one ever gets back with me. I emailed them and told them where to send it and that I needed the referral and the x ray. They only sent the referral SURPRISE SURPRISE!!! Never go here they are lazy and hate their patients and charge and arm and a leg

No, No, No ... I got 2 crowns about 3years ago. I complained about one the front side it was sensetive to food / cold. They said it was normal and would get better. Never did. Last year I went back said it was still doing it .. They said I need A deep cleaning, it was crazy price for cleaning. I said no. Come to today, I started having really bad pain under the crown I have been complaning about. Went to A new Dentist today, He said this crown was bad, does not fit right (what I said from the start). Their is a huge gap between my crown and gums .. food and bacteria are getting it. I need to replace this crown. He called it a Cheap in house crown. A void this place
