I am loving this place! I have been twice now and all the staff have been very welcoming and helpful. I have also been called to possibly come in a day earlier. That was very thoughtful, although I had another appt already. The dr has some very cool technology throughout the office. I was impressed by the TVs on the wall, let alone the tv on the ceiling to view while in the patient chair. That was fun! On top of all those items, the clinic is warm, welcoming and comfortable along with great dental services!! Get in this dental office! Thank you, Hometown 🤗😇🦷😀

I had a positive experience at Hometown Smiles. The waiting room is cozy. Short wait once checked in. They were friendly, quick, and efficient. They offer amenities like a neck pillow, blanket, and even entertainment available to watch while you have your exam/procedure performed. The dentist and his staff were very professional and explained all of the details of my procedure to me in a way I could easily understand. I would highly recommend this dental practice.

Absolutely love it! The doctor and the workers are so professional so friendly and so welcoming! Dr. Ng explained my treatment plan very thoroughly as well as the pricing for the plan. They also offer a third-party service that will help you break your payments down which was absolutely what I needed for a patient with no insurance. Their environment is so inviting and so clean and scheduling with them is a breeze. They even helped accommodate my nine month old baby girl with Miss Rachel!

As someone who is apprehensive about dentists, I love the Doctor and staff here! They really take the time to make sure you’re comfortable and the work is top notch! It’s great to have a confident smile again and would highly recommend!

First visit to this office and the experience was excellent overall! Amy was very welcoming in the front office. Cindy was extremely kind and very informative throughout the visit. She did a great job prepping and assisting and communicating with each step. Kim was outstanding at establishing a connection and kept me at ease during the cleaning. Dr Ng did a thorough job explaining what was needed and was willing to fit a minor procedure into the same visit rather than asking me to schedule an additional appointment to complete the care. Despite other patients they had to attend to, they worked efficiently to complete the additional procedure in a timely fashion. Everyone else in the office was also super friendly. Very appreciative of the entire team and Dr Ng for being so accommodating with his schedule. Thank you!

This practice is absolutely amazing. They gave comfort care that really helps make everything relaxing and smooth. My hygienist Reese was so nice and informative and responded to my every need. 11/10 recommend if you are looking for a new dentist.
