Lauderhill Mall Dental

This by far is the best experience I have ever had with a dentist office. The staff is phenomenal. I have been to different dentist offices looking for the right fit, I think I found it. The front desk clerks amazing, the dental assistants amazing, and the dentist also amazing what a package deal! They are very knowledgeable and caring personnel.

Wow I was shockingly surprised honestly. The office staff was AMAZING! The front desk girls are beautiful (Bianca & Brittany) they were very welcoming and helpful. The assistants greet you so nicely and Dr.Watts was awesome! I was able to get my Cleaning & extractions done same day and the process went smoothly and very affordable! Will definitely be coming back and bringing my kids again! Thank you Lauderhill Dental 😊

I’m not one that normally leaves reviews but I was really impressed with the service that was rendered by this office. The front desk / manager was really nice, even when she call to remind of my appointment and when I was lost on how to get to the office she was patient and helped me. When I got there, the service was fast the first time. I went there 7/18/25, and once again the service was great, fast, and i was in and out in less than an hour. Keep up the great work!

The staff is very patient, accommodating and friendly. Special shout out to Trevor who gets the job done every time my autistic son needs his teeth cleaned.

Very unprofessional, my overall experience with this doctor office is unpleasant. The first problem is time. When dealing with a business I expect for the business doors to open on time. Sometimes you may not see the doctor at your appointment time. However the building wasn’t even open for me to sit down and wait for my appointment. The office is supposed to open at 10:00am I was scheduled for a 10am appointment. I got to the office at 9:40 so I could be on time to my appointment. If I make it to the office because I want to be on time and no workers are there that’s a problem for me! Because why do I care about being on time but the people who work there doesn’t? Not to mention when somebody did decide to show up it was a black man and a Spanish lady. The black man did have on scrubs but the other lady was dressed like she was there to walk around the mall. What really irritated me is the fact the black man walked up with a coffee in his hand. How you have time to stop for a coffee but the office isn’t even open on time? Then he proceeds to say the dentist canceled my appointment because he had a emergency and the Spanish lady is like " if y’all don’t answer your phone it’s not our problem" like excuse me? How about you leave a voicemail like any professional business would. I didn’t get that. I also don’t see any missed calls from them in my call log. The doctor I need to see only comes once a week so what am I supposed to do? Sit through pain for another week? I WILL NOT BEING COMING BACK HERE!!!!!!! if you care about your time and good customer service I do not recommend you come here. AT ALL I will go through this process all over again with another dentist before I allow them to play with my time. I have to pay $500 for a extraction. They can’t get a dollar from me. I’d rather give it to company who care about their patients. This is not it!

I had a great experience. The office manager and staff were very sweet and attentive. They made me feel very comfortable and helped me with everything that needed to be to be done. I will most definitely tell people to go to them. I found my new dentist office thank you guys for everything
