I absolutely love this dental practice! Not only do they provide top-quality care, but every single staff member is so professional, friendly, and welcoming — from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. I always come in with my son for our longer appointments, and they treat him like a little celebrity every time. A special thank-you to Lisa, who always goes above and beyond to make every visit smooth and comfortable. Her kindness and professionalism truly make a difference. We’re so grateful for the care and warmth we receive here!

I had to switch dentists and I love my new location! They are always in such a great mood. The woman that does my cleaning is my favorite, she's always telling me I'm doing a good job and finally got me to start using a water pick. I would def recommend booking an appointment here.

The entire team at Canyon Pointe was amazing. Timely, Attentive and Sensitive to my daughter’s concerns. We were in and out on time and the girls were beyond satisfied! If you’re in the market for a new dental group I would definitely recommend them!

All the staff at Canyon Pointe Dental are wonderful. I switched to them because I just wasn’t getting the service I trusted because I have severe dental anxiety. Dr. Ancheta and staff (most recently Liz helped me) both listened to my concerns, were compassionate, and clearly explained the plan for helping me. I highly recommend them, especially if you have dental anxiety.

Update #1: please beware of the Bulgarian lady doing teeth whitening. I have burns all over my mouth and even on my lips. She was rushing between two patients. Another staff member came in at the end and basically told her to hurry up with me… she was in such a rush that she neglected to check the protective barrier and the bleach got all over my gums and upper lip. I have pictures as well because this is not right. My husband and friends have done teeth whitening and never went through such a scary experience.. this place is DANGEROUS. —— I’ve liked this office but I’ve noticed some off-putting things lately... I don’t know if the staff need to be trained or if the owners are unethical themselves. The hispanic front desk lady wanted to charge double, almost $600, for a simple teeth whitening. I told her to look up my husband’s chart, he paid $295 for the same whitening in the past. She is saying it was $295 for each arch. After she saw his chart, she said she would honor the $295 for me. That made me feel like she was trying to take advantage of me. Looking at my chart history, I noticed they charged me for a cleaning last time I went but I never had a cleaning done. I only did a check up (dental X-ray) & the dentist said they were too busy to do the cleaning so I went home. Looks like they took the money from my insurance and didn’t give me the services. Today, they charged me for fluoride treatment and never gave me any. When I brought it to their attention, they just gave me some that I can apply at home. I think they look at what the insurance will pay and sneak in a bunch of charges to get insurance money. Most dentists in Vegas like to sneak charges. I thought it would be different at Canyon Pointe but I’m afraid not. Please be wary and make sure you do your due diligence. I just want to warn others out there that this dentist office might be engaging in unethical business practices.

Best cleaning, hands down. Sherry was so gentle with my lips and mouth, but yet did an incredibly thorough cleaning. She didn’t spray me! No crazy mouth spray 🤣 She controlled the water and her tools like a real pro. I couldn’t feel her hands resting on my mouth and she protected my gums but did a really stellar cleaning. You don’t truly know a good cleaning until you have one. Most hygienists rush, she didn’t at all, she prioritized me, not the clock. Please keep her here forever. Our whole family will stay as long as she does!
