I have never felt so much love and kindness at this dentist office in Las Cruces. By far, this is the most loving dentist office in this city. Thank you Dr. Hwang and Brianna for your help! Along with the staff!

My whole family goes here, all ages. The entire staff is awesome and they are very soft handed. The doctor is very fast and knowledgeable and staff helps each other like a symphony of Dentistry. Works with insurances. Love the building, Ask for a garden view room if possible.

Not sure how they have great reviews, they worked really hard to get me in there and when I got in I was treated ok and got right into Imaging.... and then I sat for an hour with no one checking in , when I decided I had enough and was leaving the Dr. became available and the office manager informed me that I would have to pay for a cancelation even though I had Imaging done and signed the sign in sheet (that would be fraud) i guess they didnt like the fact that I had enough of waiting without someone telling me anything like the dr is with another patient should only take 10 minutes....and when I asked for copies of my Imaging they told me they would charge me $25 I asked to see the policy she told me to call the state board...I just wanted my teeth checked..

They are one of the VERY few dental practices in town that accept Medicaid (hence why the rating isn’t lower than it is), but fair warning: they DO NOT have a grace period, so if you aren’t there at your appointment time on the dot, they make you reschedule your appointment. Very disappointed, will end up going elsewhere.

Sat me down and took an hr to start and once they did they just rushed through everything and managed to find one cavity compared to 6 months ago when they found 2, how does one disappear without being fixed?? I had to constantly be moved because either computers didn’t work, tools weren’t there or some other reasons. Seemed like they could barely handle a normal check up and cleaning and they wanted me to trust them to handle more serious matters in the future 🤣

There is nothing lower than one star, went for simple extraction and dr. couldn't do it. So was referred to Dr in elpaso. I wouldn't recommend them to my veterinarian if my dog had a bad tooth. Very incompetent!

Im very happy with my experience and with Cynthia the manager. was so friendly and treated me well. Thank you keep up the great work.
