I’m extremely happy with my dental visit! Karyn was an amazing hygienist—friendly, gentle, and very thorough. Dr. Vallone was fantastic as well, professional and reassuring during my exam. The whole experience was smooth and comfortable. I highly recommend this dental office.

In my 50 years I have never had more meticulous and professional care than here. Their experience and love for their patients shows in the thorough and efficient care they provide. Wow! I hate the dentist and I feel great after getting my cleaning and crown. . . Thank you for making our teeth shine for the party🫧

Very disappointing experience My appointment was scheduled for 9:30 AM, and I arrived early at 9:25 AM. Despite being on time, I wasn’t called back until 10:00 AM. Then, the dental hygienist told me she couldn’t do my full cleaning (upper and lower) because I was "late." I explained that I had arrived early, but she insisted, so I decided to reschedule. I had even requested the day off from work for this appointment, so I was frustrated that they claimed I was late when I clearly wasn’t. A few minutes later, the receptionist said she spoke with the hygienist and that they could see me after all. I agreed to wait. Then about 10 minutes later, an administrator came out and told me I had to reschedule because they were running behind. In the end, I wasted my morning and a day off from work for nothing. The lack of organization, communication, and accountability was very disappointing. Patients’ time should be respected.

What an amazing experience at the dentist! Extremely kind, professional and gentle! I’m a cancer survivor which brings a lot of complexity to dental care and they showed a deep awareness and understanding my situation along with a very practical and encouraging approach to moving forward. Highly recommend them for anyone!

This dental office demonstrates ongoing issues with professionalism, communication, and ethical care. From repeated scheduling problems to staff misconduct and the alarming normalization of prescription drugs, my experience revealed systemic failures that should deeply concern management and ownership. Red Flag #1 – Lack of Organization and Accountability. I waited over 45 minutes in the dental chair before being told the office needed to reschedule because their computers weren’t working "due to rain." This demonstrated poor preparation and communication with patients. Red Flag #2 – Contradictory and Unprofessional Behavior. At my next visit, I arrived two minutes late and asked to use the restroom. The dental assistant (no name badge) remarked that she hadn’t seen me exit the restroom because she got caught up setting up the room, adding that "too much time had passed." This contradictory statement and unnecessary comment immediately created discomfort and distrust. Red Flag #3 – Dismissive Attitude Toward Patient Understanding. When reviewing the consent form, the assistant rolled her eyes as I took time to read it and seemed annoyed when I asked clarifying questions. Patients should never feel rushed or unwelcome to understand their own procedures. Red Flag #4 – Questioning Affordability of Care When I requested gas anesthesia, which I had used before, the assistant abruptly left. A second staff member returned and questioned whether I could afford the $50 fee for gas—an inappropriate and judgmental remark to make to a patient. After that, I was told the gas could be used but the numbing injection had to be administered first. I agreed but explained I needed a few moments to gather myself due to past dental trauma. Red Flag #5 – Abrupt Cancellation and Lack of Compassion. Within minutes—confirmed by text message timestamps with my husband showing less than five minutes passed—the assistant returned to inform me that the dentist, Dr. Mares, had decided to serve another patient instead, and that I would need to reschedule. There was no check-in, no warning, and no acknowledgment of how brief the delay was. This decision felt careless and entirely lacking in empathy. Red Flag #6 – Drug Normalization and Ethical Concerns. As I was being walked out, the assistant offered to have the doctor prescribe Xanax for my "next visit." Earlier, another staff member had normalized prescription drugs by saying that "some doctors prescribe medication to calm patients." This casual approach to controlled substances as a substitute for communication and compassion is alarming, ethically irresponsible, and inappropriate in a medical setting. Red Flag #7 – Gossip and Blame Instead of Accountability. While I waited at the front desk, I could see staff discussing my situation behind the glass window, gesturing and conversing without acknowledging me. When I voiced my frustration, the receptionist blamed me, saying it was "my fault for taking too long to calm down," even though phone timestamps show the entire exchange lasted under five minutes. This demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and patient respect. For a business that prominently displays Christian imagery and messages, this experience revealed a complete disconnect between their stated values and their actual treatment of patients. Offering medication instead of empathy, patience, or professionalism is unacceptable. If ownership or affiliated stakeholders are reading this, I urge you to review staff training, leadership supervision, and patient communication protocols immediately. These are not isolated missteps—they point to a systemic breakdown in office culture and patient care. My family of five will not be returning, and I strongly encourage others to review these red flags carefully before scheduling here.

my experience at this dental office was extremely amazing and pleasant. I had not gone to the dentist in roughly around two years and they did such a great job at my cleaning and I was not in pain. I did not feel anything I would most definitely consider going to this Office if you are in need of a dentist
