I am so beyond grateful for Dr. B and his team. For years, I've struggled finding a dentist who actually listened to me and wasn't scaring patients into thinking they had worse conditions than what was true so they could pocket more money. I am so relieved that Plaza Dental is my home for dentistry!! He is honest, real, knowledgeable, and all around everything you need and want in a dentist. 5 years ago, I had an emergency root canal done at an emergency Dental clinic north of the metro. I was advised to have it capped after so I began seeing dentists who I thought could do that. One dentist told me they would insert bleach into my now dead tooth to whiten it. A second dentist I saw said I was too young (I was 22) to have a cap put on and to wait until the tooth broke off. Other dentists after that didn't want to do it unless I needed more teeth pulled. Dr. B was shocked this was my experience and was so understanding how nervous I was when I first came. I am so happy to report that as of today, my dead tooth is now capped and it looks so beautiful. No more pirate smile for me 🥰

"A Truly Exceptional Experience with Dr. Michael E. Bergstein!" I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Michael E. Bergstein for my wisdom teeth extraction, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. I was initially very nervous, as I thought the procedure would be long and painful. However, Dr. Bergstein immediately put me at ease. He explained the process clearly and reassured me every step of the way. When the time came for the extraction, I was amazed at how quick and painless it was. I had been expecting it to take much longer, but after receiving the anesthesia, the procedure was done in what felt like just 3 seconds! I couldn’t believe how easy it was — the wisdom tooth that had been bothering me for so long was suddenly gone. Dr. Bergstein and his team were incredibly professional, attentive, and caring throughout the entire process. I’m so grateful for their expertise and for making what could have been a stressful experience so smooth and comfortable. Highly recommend Dr. Bergstein to anyone in need of dental care!

The absolute most amazing dental practice there ever was! Kindness, caring and compassion is carried by their entire team. They are diligent and devoted to optimizing a personalized dental care plan to fit each of their patient’s needs. I couldn’t be more grateful to be one of their patients!!

My experience with Dr. Bergstein was very pleasant. Everything about the visit was great! From the making of my appointment, my arrival, and the procedure. I will definitely be making Plaza Dental my new dental clinic. The receptionist was very nice and helpful, his assistant Kerry was the best! She really made me feel comfortable. Dr. Bergstein was very kind and gentle with procedure, and I was getting a tooth extraction! Thank you to everyone! I can not find anything bad to say.I could go on with the awesome praise.

Yesterday in a little over an hour I had a full set of x-rays, gums assessed, tooth extracted, and cleaning appt scheduled. I have been going to Plaza Dental for years because of this level of professionalism, expertise, and customer service. Dr. Bergstein and his assistants are second to none. I totally trust his advice and attention to detail. I have a comfortable, well-informed experience every time I am at Plaza Dental. I highly recommend the staff and services.

Dr B is a great dentist. He never suggests unnecessary work, which is something I’ve experienced at many other practices. He and his staff are always friendly.

As someone new to the state finding a new dentist is typically not an easy/fun process. I cant thank Jenelle enough for being so kind through out the process and even securing me an earlier appointment when a cancelation became available. Everyone at this office makes you feel right at home and very comfortable, this is extremely comforting when its your first visit. Dr. Bergstein was amazing, extremely friendly and very kind. He walked me through what he saw as well as what I can improve on when assessing my teeth. Then to top it all off Lisa cleaned my teeth and was extremely kind and knowledgeable. She listening to my concerns and cleaning habits, she was able to offer me a ton of great suggestions on things to do in order to help improve my current cleaning process. Then to top it all off I left with a small goody bag of samples Lisa suggested for me to try. I can not thank you enough for making my first visit so easy and pleasant! Thanks, -Austin S.
