Pilot Knob Dental Care

I had the dreaded root canal this morning. I was most fortunate to get an appointment on such short notice. Dr Mittelsteadt and Mia worked extraordinarily well together, were skillful, efficient and were concerned throughout about my comfort level.They were effective communicators and easily explained to me the entire process from root canal to crown. I would highly recommend this practice. The reception staff was very friendly. I also saw Dr Maria the day before and she was pleasant and informative. Her assistant, I think her name is Christina, was also very nice and helpful in explaining what I had to look forward to. Hence, it was a good experience and no tears!

I always have such a wonderful experience here! Easy to schedule, extremely friendly service, and very thorough. I am always impressed when I come here, the service is extraordinary. I would absolutely recommend this dental office to anyone!

I had my first visit a few days ago. The staff was awesome, fast and efficient. This was the first time I didn't feel like I was getting stabbed in the mouth with metal spikes. So far I am very pleased even though I need to go back. Scheduling was a breeze and the got me into a chair right on time. If you're thinking about going here have no fear.

My first Pilot Knob Dental Care appointment was a very positive experience for me. The Administrative Staff was friendly and very helpful in getting my insurance set up. The Dental Hygienist was very thorough, explaining all procedures. And the Dentist was very welcoming and professional.

I had a back tooth that had cracked and became infected and was able to make an appointment in 30 minutes! Which was perfect as pain was bad and my jaw was swelling up! They did an extraction right away! Excellent feedback/play by play of the entire procedure to put me at ease! So professional and friendly! They know their stuff! THANK YOU!

I am a new patient at Pilot Knob Dental. The offices and everyone I met there are professional and friendly. Sarah took good care cleaning my teeth and was very thorough. Dr Megan (and Mia) replaced a missing filling that Sarah discovered and I felt calm and confident during the procedure. The new filling is secure and smooth. Dr Megan is an artist! I’ve always been happy with service, etc at Pilot Knob Dental. But this time I had a "temp" clean my teeth. She complained about the tools/supplies she had been given to use. The room was cold (near exit door, I think).
