Carla the office manager . Is not very well at dealing with veterans with disabilities. After a few rude emails from her not understanding I wasn’t able to fill out her forms and electronically send them back. Which has never been a requirement from and other community care i have seen. I called to see if i could explain better . Boy was that a mistake. Because i was frustrated with the lack of understanding and was talking loudly on the phone as she talked over me no profanity no abusive language . She took that personally not understanding i can’t help that sometimes. and decided that they wouldn’t see me . WOW better to find out up front that type of people would be taking care of you. Im sure they want to helps vets and do. I just not sure they want to work to hard at it for some disabilities. Like trying to accommodate some in filling out paperwork for a first visit. You know the boiler plate stuff everone else has you fill out in the lobby at your first visit. There saying is we are committed to making you experience a pleasure. Well Carla failed today! re; i appreciate the response from the owner. when i asked to speak to the owner and or receive a call back i was refused that option. if your response is sincere then i would like to try this appt again. as your work with vet was a factor for me i choosing you. as well as i too have lived in Lakeland all my life.

I have been a happy customer for several years. Dr. Paul is such a wonderful dentist. He takes time to explain everything you need to know about your treatment. He is professional and respectful. I absolutely love his new dental assistant. She is from the Philippines. She is gentle, kind, and friendly.

Dr. Paul has done amazing work on me and a couple other family members over the years and it’s stood the test of time. Several years back, I had to go to a different dentist for insurance purposes and was told I needed a root canal. I held off and when I started back to Dr. Paul not too long ago he told me that I did not need a root canal so I was very thankful For his honesty work ethic professionalism and saving me quite a bit of money from a big family owned Dentist office in town! The staff is top notch!

Dr. John Paul and staff are always so helpful and supportive. They’re a great team! My whole family sees Dr. Paul, he greets you with a smile and guides you through everything he is doing. No surprises! Very courteous staff and comfortable environment.

My extreme anxiety and fear has kept me from the dentist. I finally faced my fear and I'm so happy I did it here. Dr John Paul was so kind and understanding and accommodated my need during my procedure. If you looking for a best dentist he is the one. I travel one hour and 30 minutes just to get treatment for my teeth, The staff is absolutely amazing. The front desk lady Carla is so inviting, smiling, happy and very kind lady. The whole office is patient and relaxing, The place is so welcoming. I am so happy I finally came and conquered my fear and even more happy that I have a place I can go to and trust. I found my best dentist even I have to travel over an hour. Thank you Dr John Paul and Carla.

Best experience at Dr Paul’s office, I had a very unexpected tooth ache emergency, and his wonderful receptionist Carla called me first thing and worked me in his schedule right away. Dr Paul took care of the discomfort with ease and patience,I cannot recommend this office enough. And I made the appointment with Dr Paul and quess what, I saw Dr Paul not an associate, it’s great to have a dentist with respect for others time and to treat his patients how he would want to be treated!!
