Aspen Dental - Lakeland, FL - South

I came on Thursday, February 12 1026 due to a very bad wisdom tooth pain I was experiencing. I haven’t been to a dentist office in over 10 years so I was extremely nervous. Once I was called in I had Dental Assistant Aileen assure that everything would be ok. Dr. Singh and Hygienist Ahyam took very good care of me. They made the experience as easy and as gentle as possible. Melanys and Star were a very big help as well. Amanda at the front desk helped me out with all the information and answered every one of my questions. She gave me a sense of peace from the moment I sat down in the chair. I appreciate all of you very much. Thank you for making my experience a very good one

I was able to schedule a last minute appointment for a dental emergency on Sunday, and was seen at 8 am on a Monday. Wally took great care of me with all of the X-Rays I needed done. His humor and kind spirit made the experience really enjoyable! Dr. Singh was extremely professional and kind, and explained the next steps to me clearly, and answered all of my questions. Some dentists I have been to in the past made me feel ashamed for needing work done, but you can tell he only wants what’s best for you. Amanda was amazing and extremely helpful, going over my care plan and helping everything fit within my budget. If you ever have a dental emergency, I highly recommend. I plan to continue going for regular cleanings as well!

Star was absolutely a super Star! She took her time with explaining the details of my visit. I am so happy that I called Aspen Dental in South Lakeland today. I had an emergency situation. They got me right in, took xrays, found the cause, and took care of me. Kudos to Janet for her kindness and gentle way of getting my xrays done. Many, many thanks to Dr. Singh and his assistant, Aileen. They put me at ease and took such great care of me. Everyone in this office was very kind and professional. For someone who was extremely anxious about going to a dentist, I am now looking forward to my future visits. I strongly recommend this group!

I had a great experience at the Lakeland Aspen Dental, and I especially want to shout out Star. Going over a care plan and costs can be stressful, but she made it so much easier. She explained everything clearly, was patient, and had such a warm, friendly personality. As someone who works in healthcare, I can tell when someone truly cares and Star absolutely does. She made a big difference in my experience. Thank you for living up to your name you truly are a star! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Both the doctor and hygienist were extremely professional and very thoughtful and thorough.. however the highlight of my visit was talking with my new BFF Star.. big beautiful personality and willing to listen and help the best she can.. I will be continuing my journey at aspen dental. I’m so relieved with my upcoming dental plan. Thank you

They say first impressions are everything and it sure was. From the first person at the front desk to the last person you see before you walk out everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I felt very comfortable and welcomed and I can definitely say that Aspen Dental made my fears of going to the Dentist so much better.

I haven’t been to the dentist in YEARS, I came in anxious and shaking - when I tell you the team was so pleasant it was amazing. Amanda was able to calm me down, and talk me through the entire process. From dental assistant to hygienist, as well as dentist. Everyone was great. So knowledgeable, and comforting. I have such an amazing experience. I’ll follow through with the rest of my dental care with this team going forward!! It was great!
