I am a lifetime fan!!! Dr. Maskas is truly one of a kind. I was referred to him by my mother, who has always sung his praises, and now I understand why. Although we now live in the Baton Rouge area, we made the trip to have him surgically extract my daughter’s wisdom teeth, and I’m so glad we did. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. His entire team is kind, professional, and welcoming. Dr. Maskas’s bedside manner, surgical technique, and thorough aftercare are absolutely phenomenal. It’s the small things that make the biggest difference, and he goes above and beyond in every way. If we ever need an oral surgeon again, we’ll gladly drive any distance to see him as it’s worth it for the level of care he provides. I’m beyond impressed and incredibly grateful. Highly, highly recommend!

Dr. Maskas and his whole team are amazing. I will be recommending him to everyone! He took time to throughly explain everything and answer any questions I had for my son’s surgery. After my sons surgery Dr. Maskas called to check on him and make sure he was doing okay. Furthermore, I had an emergency situation for myself and the front desk got me in the very next day. If I could give more stars I would!

What a gem of a place to find! Lobby area was nice, quiet and quaint, easy to find. Office personnel, fantastic. Assistants, kind and professional. Dr. Maskas, above and beyond and very nice and thorough. I went in for wisdom teeth removal and my appointment was at 8:15 and at 9:17 my husband was pulling back up at our home in Moss Bluff. I was honestly very nervous and now I feel silly. It's the next morning and very minimum pain. I highly reccomend this team. The bedside manner is top tier. Thank you guys, a little hospitality goes a long way. You guys really are great people! Cheers! Oh and just like everyone else says, Dr. Calls and checks on you later. That's unheard of!

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Maskas and his staff. It is rare that a Doctor will call to check on his patient after hours. I will definitely recommend him to anyone who needs his services. I wish I could leave more than 5 stars.

This is my first time giving any person or business in 45 of my life. But Dr. Maskas and his staff are the best. Yesterday, 09/27/22, he performed surgery on me that was crucial to my cancer treatment. Extensive work. I knew it was going to be painful. Yet it wasn't. He and his staff took care of me so the pain was minimized. Moreover, he called to check on me after hours to check on my rehabilitation. That simple but great gesture reassured me that I chose the right doctor for my procedure.

Overall, Dr. Maskas is a highly skilled oral and maxillofacial surgeon. The billing practices will leave you in limbo for months. The Office You can tell the extreme care that was put into designing this lobby and maintaining it. It was immaculate and comfortable to wait in as my daughter had her wisdom teeth removed. The Staff and Operations This is where the friction starts after your visit. Because of the limited amount of surgeons in the area finding one with a convenient appointment can be difficult. After the referral, I tool my daughter for the consultation and received all the costs as they do not accept insurance, rather you pay everything upfront with them submitting the billing The problem we ran into is that they did not submit the claim in a timely manner, nor would they give me a detailed financial statement so that I could file on my own. My first call was about two week following the procedure to ensure it has been filed because it was not showing up online. I was told someone would call back. I called week three, same result. We took a two week roadtrip/vacation to take said daughter back to college in Georgia as enjoy time with fiends and family only to return to this mess. They had not filed the claim yet. Long story short, I received my refund check in November - 90 days after the procedure.
