I just came back from having a root canal with Dr Hsiao she made me feel so comfortable, she was fast, efficient, and explained the procedure. I have my 2nd root canal scheduled for this week and I usually feel so nervous even going to see the dentist because of past bad experiences but I can honestly say this went very smoothly and I "HIGHLY RECCOMEND" Dr Hsiao. The staff was great as well. At no time did I feel pressured to do anything. And I am glad I decided to get one of the root canals over with today everything was so efficient which is huge with me. I will be back on Thurs for my 2nd one and for the first time I am not nervous about it.

On the run from multiple indisernable pain points, with a history of rough experiences and failed root canals, I was searching for dental salvation. Conflicting dentists' statements and hustling front offices left me with more questions than answers. That's when I found this gem of a office - a sanctum of high-end dental specialists. No general dentistry. Just top-tier endodontics and oral surgery. Dr. Angela is a straight shooter who creates immediate confidence. Saved several teeth others had given up on. There's something about fewer than more extractions that makes one feel alive. Painless, on point, and fast, she talks you through the procedure and results, and seems to take real pride in her work. "Isn't she fabulous" chirped a cheeky young patient I encountered walking out, our mouths filled with Novacaine. I totally agreed. The team and front office is tight-knit, efficient, and turns on a dime. Never thought I'd look forward to a root canal, but here we are. Highly recommend.

I was here, yesterday (2/28/22), to get my last wisdom tooth pulled as recommended by my dentist. All of the staff was very kind and knowledgeable about the procedure and my questions. The set up and signing the consent form took about 20 minutes and the actually surgery only took about 20 minutes too! My dad and I couldn't believe how fast they were and did an amazing job without any errors! We got out of the office in under an hour, so cool! I'm now healing perfectly with some slight discomfort and pain but it's going great. Definitely go to this place for your dental surgery needs, they really are the specialists! 🙂

I had my first root canal ever today with Dr. Hsiao and it went super smooth. There was no pain during the root canal and I was very comfortable the whole time. I even fell asleep for a brief moment. The staff was very professional and nice, guiding me through the entire process. The office looks nice and modern and it looks like they have all the latest technology. If you need a root canal, come here and see Dr. Hsiao.

I was very disappointed when I needed a root canal and called this office to schedule. I made it very clear it was an emergency, as I was in a tremendous amount of pain. Their offer was to see me in 2 days. I told the person I couldn't make it that long. There was no effort to try to get me in or even sympathy for my situation. The least they could've done was to refer me elsewhere. I wound up going to Boutique Endodontics in Mission Viejo and could not be happier. They got me in the same day and the treatment was fantastic.

Patient beware. I had 2 teeth pulled and was not given an itemized statement of the procedure or cost before or after. I was asked if they could draw blood when I was in the chair. I said yes, assuming it was necessary. I was not told the reason or the cost. I asked for an itemized statement later. It turned out to be $900 and I still don't know of any reason they needed the blood. The staff has been very uncooperative regarding this incident and no explanation.

I had a root canal today by Dr. Angela Hsiao. She was fantastic! There was absolutely no pain!!! Wow, I'm so happy and amassed as I had a root canal years ago and it was awful so I was a little apprehensive about getting one but knew I had to. Dr. Angela Hsiao was so gentle and the procedure was so painless! Wow!!! i felt so good afterwards that I was even able to continue my hike home instead of getting a ride. If you need a root canal, all I can say is you will be VERY happy if you go to Dr. Angela Hsiao. Thanks for a very positive root canal experience today! I hope I won't need another one ever, but if I do, hopefully you will still be practicing oral surgery! Thanks! The office staff was very nice too. The front desk was awesome too. Karina and Sam, I think, helped me navigate my insurance issues and called me the day before to give me a "heads up". Thanks for your help and being on top of any issues!
