Be careful about this dental and implant place, they tried to lie and overcharge me. They doctor only care about money, they claimed the maximum from my insurance without any detail explaining. The doctor said my tooth is crashed, and his wife came out to ask me prepay them even though I have Delta PPO. I went to the other dentist, the doctor said my tooth is fine, no crash. The hygienist was not experienced, and I did not like the service, they forced me to finish the service, otherwise, I have to pay them cancelation fee. But they canceled my appointment last minute with a bogus reason before. They even asked me to pre-pay my husband's implant for 6400 dollars and I can not cancel it, the dentist's wife misleading me and want to operate the surgery right away, so she can took money from my account immediately. Finally, the surgery can not performed until 3 moths later, because the tooth just polled up. You can see how desperate the dentist's wife are! She refused to refund 6400 dollars back to my account and I have to do dispute with my credit card. The service never performed and why I have to pay them in full? The dentist's note costs 150 dollars because the dentist is a special not a general dentist according to the dentist's wife. They are not a real Christians. A real Christians won't done those kind of things with their customers. Be careful!

Dr. Chen and his staff are always super friendly. My 8-year-old daughter had her cavities filled yesterday at Dr. Chen's office yesterday. She was really scared about it all morning before the appointment. Our previous dentist had given her a shot to numb the area when she had cavities before. It was painful enough for her to remember and be very anxious about it this time. I had to sit next to her and her sister had to sit there also to keep her company. But to all of our surprise, the shot did not hurt at all! She even asked me if they even gave her a shot, because she didn't feel it at all. The whole procedure took less than 30 minutes and she was watching a movie the whole time. It was so easy, she was embarrassed about all the fuss she made in the morning.

Dr Chen is an excellent Dr! He did my implants in 2006-7. He is a very caring doctor and always lending a helping hand above and beyond. I have followed him from a previous practice until present. He is an artist when it comes to implants!

Dr. Chen and his friendly staff are amazing. The best dental cleaning in town. I've been coming to Dr. Chen for 7+ years and I'll keep coming until he retires.

Had an emergency on a Saturday and this dental group was my saving grace!!! I can not thank them enough to fit me in and be so friendly and understanding!!! I’m switching dentist to them.
