Zamora was great attending my daughter. She isp kind and answered all my questions. Loly was also kind and supportive of my questions. Last but not least Danaira was super professional and kind and they called us in super often quick!! I always come here and will keep bringing my daughter every time!!!

This is definitely the most reliable place I've ever been for dental cleanings. Danaira, the receptionist, is a sweetheart and very professional. Fiorella really helps you overcome your fear of dentists. Dr. Justin is wonderful. Thank you all for such great service! I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

AVOID THIS OFFICE — ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE MEDICAID / DENTAQUEST ( ESPECIALLY WITH CHILDREN) My experience at this office was extremely concerning. It appears that patients with Medicaid are only seen if they agree to a same-day cleaning in order to receive an "exam." & since my child was at the ER ( & swollen) I had no choice but try to get him in as quickly as possible being that Ive been in this field for 18 years! I know what an infection can result to. Infections ……. Or worst case! death if it’s not taken care or addressed on time. So My child previously had X-rays taken at another dental office that does not perform pulpotomies/root canal treatment on primary teeth, ( which was my prior employer ) so I scheduled this visit solely for the evaluation to see if this tooth needed an extraction or can we put a space maintainer? Since I moved out of the state I couldn’t get it done with my previous employer. I was told we would be seen by the owner, Dr. Justin, but instead we were seen by Dr. Gloria Ceron, without explanation. During the visit, the doctor asked me what the issue was rather than performing a proper clinical exam. As someone who is certified in the dental field, I expected the provider to explain what she observed clinically and radiographically. Unfortunately, no exam was performed—the doctor did not even use a mirror or explorer. Never once went In his mouth except for when she had to take the xray because the assistant couldn’t capture it correctly. Two bitewings and one periapical X-ray were taken only after I explained the true reason for the visit, because otherwise my child would not have been seen until March. I will be contacting the insurance carrier to formally report this visit, especially if Medicaid is billed for an exam that was not completed. My child has multiple restorations that required evaluation, yet none were addressed. A prophylaxis was completed without fluoride varnish, and no six-month recare appointment was scheduled. It is troubling to question whether patients with Medicaid/DentaQuest receive the same standard of care as others. Additional periapical X-rays of teeth #8 and #9 and the lower anteriors, where decay is present, were not taken, making proper diagnosis impossible. This visit felt rushed, incomplete, and dismissive. Families deserve thorough, ethical care regardless of their insurance.

I recently brought my child to this office for the first time, and I regret that decision. While I understand that many staff members are young adults, communication with patients is crucial, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The visit started off okay with the front desk staff, but once my child was called back, we were left in the exam room without any greeting or introduction. The dental assistant seemed more concerned with what was happening in another room (where a child was crying loudly) than attending to us. This lack of attention, combined with the fact that the doors to other rooms were left open, made my child feel scared and uneasy. Additionally, no protective glasses were provided for my child, which made the bright dental light uncomfortable for her. She began to cry, and it felt as though the dental assistant was pushing through the appointment without regard for my child’s distress. This was not my child’s first visit to a dentist—she does very well at her regular dentist’s office, so it was particularly disheartening to see her so uncomfortable here. When the appointment was over, I was not provided with any information regarding the next steps. I was told the next appointment would be in six months, but no follow-up appointment was scheduled at the time, nor was I informed of where to go next or even given a proper goodbye. At checkout, I was instructed to walk around to the front desk, which was a bit inconvenient. To make matters worse, I was told that I would receive a text in January to schedule the next appointment (the only reason I was told when the text message will come in for the next appointment was because I ask if not I wouldn’t know around when will I receive that text message) which seems an inefficient way to handle scheduling. When I asked about the possibility of my child being seen by a doctor, rather than just the assistant, I received conflicting responses. The front desk staff couldn’t clarify when my child would be seen by the doctor, and at one point, I was told that my child wouldn’t have an X-ray until she turned six. However, I found this puzzling because my child had her first X-ray at her previous dentist’s office in March 2025, and was always seen by the doctor. This left me feeling confused and unsatisfied with the lack of clarity. I switched to your office primarily for convenience, as it is closer to my home and my child’s school. However, after this experience, I will gladly return to the longer drive to ensure that my child receives the level of care and attention she deserves. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve the communication and overall experience for future patients.

I was skeptical at first because of the recent reviews, but I took all three kids in and we were in and out within 40 minutes from start to finish. Everyone was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Overall, a smooth and positive experience.

Don't take your kid there if it's 1st time. We took our 4 year old and since he refused to let them work of them, they started assuming my kid has autism or mental problems the first time he said no to something. They forgot the part where we told them it was his first time. Of course he was going to find it scary. They're supposed to know how to deal with situations like that, they don't. We even told them he doesn't have autism and their response and audacity was " find a 2nd opinion " Horrible place

I love this place very professional, friendly and the staff is very attentive. They work in excellent and they work fast. Love that they are clear with all the procedures that they did to my daughter.
