I would like to take a moment to share an extremely positive and heartfelt review of Germain, the reception staff, and the entire team at the Kissimmee dental office. I arrived at the clinic as an emergency patient, in severe pain and feeling completely disoriented. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with compassion and professionalism. Germain went above and beyond to make me feel supported and informed. She took the time to clearly explain all the services offered at the clinic and carefully educated me about the low-cost options available, including the sliding fee program. Her patience and thoroughness made a stressful situation much easier to manage. Germain demonstrated exceptional passion, dedication, and professionalism. She was incredibly caring, understanding, and attentive to every detail of my situation. Community service organizations truly need more individuals like her—people who genuinely care and take pride in helping others during difficult moments. I am sincerely grateful for Germain, her outstanding service, and the entire dental staff for their kindness and professionalism. My experience was overwhelmingly positive, and I deeply appreciate the level of care I received.

Calling to make an appointment was taken care of by a very friendly and efficient young lady Laura Ramirez What a sweet experience to have dealt with her. She was able to assist in everything I had asked help with. Great job ms Ramirez hope they hire more people like you!

Y'all need to get it together I went Friday to make an appoiment and they told i had to call soo what the point of those woman being there if they don't do nothing just sitting there on they phones...Soo waiting to be 8am to call to see if they anything🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

I made an appointment for my daughter to do an extraction because the tooth was wiggling and it was bothering her. I know that some kids wait for them to fall off on their own, but my daughter is scared and it hurts her. I sent my daughter with her father to the appointment and when she came back, they didn’t removed the teeth. The doctor said that it will fall off on their own, (which I know but that was the reason for the appointment). However they charged the insurance for Xrays and the visit. And my daughter came back with wiggling teeth and nagging. I am very disappointed, these doctors only see money and don’t want to do their job. I will be calling the insurance company and let them know the monopoly these people have in this office.

I do not like writing reviews but if you have private insurance and have other options just go somewhere else. Front desk at 1875 fortune rd location are very rude, it takes a couple of days trying to schedule a routine appointment can’t imagine if it was urgent.

If it allowed me to give zero I would. Pamela Lima and Angie were amazing but the fact when I walked in the receptionist to check in wasn’t even in the front nobody was in the front to check in for about 15 mins while I was there mind you there was already 2 females waiting so it could of been a loner wait. I had to knock on the door after 15 mins to say hello is anyone in the front my daughter about in 10 mins and I can’t check in online. And after 5 mins the receptionist came and checked us in then when we was finished we had to schedule and appointment for daughter o come back and guess what she was gone again so I had to wait a while to check in and awhile to get in appointment you guys have patients coming in and out what makes the receptionist think it’s ok to constantly leave the desk unattended especially knowing she was the only person in the front this is so beyond unprofessional. If I can give 0 stars lord I really would
