The ladies in the front were very nice & welcoming. Dr.Kovinsky was the one I was scheduled with and she is amazing, very comforting and attentive. Mirline was very nice and listened to my concerns & accommodated me to my sensitivity. Dr.Kovinsky was busy at the end but Dr.Patel stepped in at the end to finish up my appointment and she was really nice and comforting as well. Everyone made my first visit there really good & calmed my nerves! They all have really good communication with us as patients & their own team.

We had a great experience at this dental office. The treatment for my 17-year-old son was excellent. I really appreciated how Dr. Kovinsky was straightforward and thorough with patient education, taking the time to explain treatment options clearly to both my son and me. She walked us through each picture and X-ray in detail, which made everything easy to understand. My son truly understands his dental care now, and that means a lot to us. The Office Manager Lorena was also very thorough in explaining the different financial options, which made the process much less stressful. Highly recommend this office.

I’m so beyond grateful for the care and professionalism by Dr Patel!! She was so kind and so gentle throughout the entire process. She made sure that I was okay and checked in through the entire visit. I felt so at ease and comfortable in her care!! When I went for my deep cleaning the hygienist I had was SOOOOO gentle. I hateee doing deep cleaning, it’s alway so rough and just overall not a good experience. However the hygienist I had Mirline she was AMAZING! Such gentleness and also continued to check in with me. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend coming here and scheduling with Dr Patel!! 10/10 service!!

Amazing experience!! Dr. Patel is awesome, explains every detail and just makes you feel atease. The front office staff is amazing as well, Lareina & Aylianet make you feel very comfortable and are great with explaining insurance & financials. Love this place!!

I rarely write reviews, but I had to do this one. From the moment I called to make an appointment, the service was excellent—very kind and professional. I had a bad experience before with another dentist's office (nothing like this one) and had my doubts, but choosing Kissimmee Modern Dentistry was a great decision. The staff's attention is excellent, from desk, assistants and the doctor, everyone I had meet and talked to. I am very satisfied and grateful. I had the absolute pleasure of seeing Mirline, and she is truly exceptional at what she does. From the moment I sat in her chair, she made me feel comfortable, cared for, and understood. Her gentle touch, patience, and attention to detail are unmatched. She took the time to explain everything and made sure I felt completely at ease throughout the entire cleaning. Not only is she incredibly skilled and thorough, but her warm personality and genuine kindness make the entire experience feel personal and uplifting. You can tell she loves what she does, and it truly shows in the quality of her work. If you’re looking for a hygienist who combines professionalism, compassion, and excellence, Mirline is the one. I can’t recommend her highly enough! She’s a gem and deserves all the recognition for the outstanding care she provides.

The medical staff here are very diligent in their cleanings and oral procedures. Specifically Dr. Patel and hygienist Theodore, I adore both of them and their work on me and my mother’s teeth. The front desk staff is fantastic too, especially Lorena. Overall, I’m happy to have a local dentist office near me that provides such great care and hospitality! 10/10
