Update 01/09/2026. Very disappointed with Ideal Dental’s billing and communication. Before any X-rays or procedures were done, I repeatedly asked if everything was covered, and I was reassured multiple times that it was. Based on that information, I agreed to proceed. Now I receive a text message demanding $166 and the office manger I spoke to on the phone threatening to send me to collections before 30 days. No prior call, no proper explanation—just a text out of nowhere. This feels misleading and extremely unprofessional. Patients should be able to trust what they’re told about coverage. If something isn’t covered, that should be made clear before services are performed—not after, with collection threats. This experience has completely damaged my trust, and I would caution others to be very careful here. I had an excellent experience at this dental office from start to finish. Dr. Vera Ton is outstanding—knowledgeable, gentle, and genuinely attentive. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes you feel completely at ease, which says a lot when it comes to dental care. The entire staff is just as impressive: welcoming, professional, and truly caring. From check-in to checkout, everyone works together seamlessly to create a calm and positive environment. The office itself is beautiful, modern, and spotless, equipped with truly state-of-the-art technology that makes visits efficient and reassuring. It feels more like a high-end wellness space than a traditional dental office. If you’re looking for exceptional dental care in a cutting-edge, comfortable setting with a doctor and team who truly care, I highly recommend Dr. Vera Ton and her amazing staff.

What an amazing place! Love the staff and the amazing professionalism they bring. Had not been to the dentist in over 5yrs, they educated me on all my needs as a dental patient. They are very caring and attentive to make sure they address any issues you may have. The equipment, technology and facility are top of the line providing a great, safe environment for anyone. This was my 2nd visit here. First appointment waited 45 minutes and had to leave. This visit went through all test,xrays,etc. Was there for just a cleaning. But they wanted to do several other things which had co pays involved. They did not even do the cleaning I went for. Extremely disappointed.
