WisNova Innovative Dental Specialists

It troubles me to write this as the actual doctor was great. Office staff was beyond horrible. The front desk and billing staff made multiple documented mistakes and then failed to respond to me, failed to respond to insurance and a military claims advocate. I had to make a records request just to get a response from the office. I will say the manager who responded to that request was nice, but I ultimately had to resolve the insurance claim myself, and because they never filed a required pre-authorization, a good part of it will not be reimbursed. The final straw was after the insurance did pay - Wisnova actually called demanding payment (quite rudely) despite never having actually billed me and not having applied the money the insurance sent them. The total lack of communication within the office is very clear. I knew they were more expensive and thus expected them to handle everything accordingly - instead I had to spend over a year cleaning up their mistakes. I would not recommend anyone get work done here.

The doctors are thorough. Being able to see 2 different specialist in one location is a bonus. And the team is exceptional. I highly recommend WisNova!

Dr Nelson and his staff have been absolutely amazing with my 14 year old while we were going through some pretty crazy infection, abcess', root canals and finally a apicoectomy. Not ony did they keep him calm they kept me calm and made sure they did the best thing for him to heal permanently without losing his teeth. Will forever be thankful and highly recommend.

Tawny at front desk was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and super friendly willing to do whatever your needs are to be treated at Wisnova. Dr. Lindell was honest to inform me that I needed periodontal care and I ended up being treated by Dr. Hutton. Both doctors are state of the art! They explain everything and make you feel so comfortable. Best specialists I have ever been to. Their assistants Monica/Rachael were also state of the art! Wisnova's locations in Racine and Kenosha are beautiful facilities and both make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in.

At the Racine location, hats off to Dr. Nelson and Cindy who made what I thought was going to be a nightmare into one of the easiest procedures. I had to have two root canals done and they made it as easy as breathing with their kind compassionate care and expertise. Highly recommend Dr. Nelson. Thank you!

Amazing place. This is the first time EVER in an Endodontic office where I felt completely relaxed. There is a welcoming presence when you first walk in. Each employee I met was genuinely friendly and helpful. Dr. Nelson was equally friendly and personable. I'm glad my insurance double checked to make sure WisNova was contracted with them. You will find that the office is clean, quiet, and the open windows (sun shines in), help to provide a warm and relaxing experience. (P.s. bring a light weight jacket, you may get a little chilly! 😃) While you wait enjoy a cup of fresh brewed coffee on them. Dr. Nelson might play a barrista while making his coffee ☕️. CAN'T GO WRONG BY CHOOSING THIS OFFICE.

Was in severe pain all night—called the following day and they were able to get me in same day! Front stay was so incredibly knowledgeable when it came to payments and procedures. Everyone was so kind 10/10 recommend I would just like to add that Dr Johnson was extremely helpful when it came to answering any ways I had and went into detail when it came to the images which I appreciated a lot—and Jasmine were really nice and smart!
