Dr. Wagner was a referral from a friend. From my initial consultation and throughout our experience, Dr. Wagner was wonderful. His reassuring bedside manner helped calm my--as well as my daughter's--anxiety about having our wisdom teeth removed. Even though I was very concerned as an older patient, he was confident I would do well, and never treated me like I was just another patient on his "to do" list. That has not been the case with a different oral surgeon's office with my other 3 children. His staff members are professional, kind, and make you feel at home...which is important to me, as well. Several staff members shared they have had Dr. Wagner as their oral surgeon, which speaks volumes, as well. Very grateful to have him say a prayer for me before he started. I appreciated that so much, being a Christian myself. We were also grateful for his financial policies, which required a down payment instead of the entire amount before billing insurance. I highly recommend Dr. Wagner at Lakeside Oral Surgery, and won't go anywhere else if I need oral surgery in the future.

I was very nervous before coming in, but not only did they fit me in on short notice. Everyone at that office makes you feel like you are in a comfortable and professional environment, which had made my experience much more tolerable to go through. No only likes getting teeth pulled, but they where quick, informative, and did a great job. I am in much less pain than I thought I would be in 24 hours later. I recently saw Dr Pamula for my wisdom teeth extraction. I can't say enough good things about my experience. Obviously, any type of extraction is going to be painful, but Doctor and his staff properly educated me on the whole surgery/aftercare and answered any questions I had. Highly recommend!

After procrastinating my wisdom teeth surgery for many years I was referred to Dr. Pamula. He walked me through everything he was going to do, took time to answer all my questions and concerns and made me feel safe going into surgery with TMJ issues. I have never met anyone that could insert an IV without sticking me or bruising me, but Dr. Pamula didn't even leave a mark and I barely felt it. A few days after surgery I had some concerns about my healing and they got me in right away and reassured me. This is a super professional practice and all of the nurses and staff here are wonderful and it feels like you can actually talk with them about things. They never made me feel bad for asking billing questions and walked me through all of the insurance stuff. I would highly recommend Dr. Pamula and his staff to anyone who might be a little nervous about procedures like I was.

I put off my wisdom teeth extraction surgery for about 6 months due to my nerves, and Lakeside proved that I was nervous for nothing! About a month and a half ago, I got all 4 wisdom teeth out (using IV sedation), and as a person with debilitating anxiety, the process went so smoothly. I have to give Kiara her shoutout because she made me feel so comfortable while I was in the chair waiting for Dr.Pamula (which didn't take long), she is truly made to work with people! Dr.Pamula was also so kind and listened to all my concerns and didn't make me feel unheard at all. I haven't had any complications since the surgery (knock on wood), and even right after surgery, I didn't have much discomfort given what had just been done to my mouth. They gave me detailed instructions, and even when I did have concerns or just needed something looked at, they understood and got me in right away! They gave me great advice that helped resolve my issue and didn't make me feel dumb at all! As Nurse Krissy told me, there are no dumb questions, and it's all a learning experience! Thank you to all the staff, including the receptionists, who made me feel a lot better when calling and asking questions leading up to my appointment. You all are so amazing!
