Kenosha Dentist

Called in for an emergency appointment due to a concern of swelling in my gums/soft palate. I was in as soon as possible for an exam. I had the pleasure of meeting with Ali and Dr. Tom, who were both very understanding, kind, and made for the most painless and quick experience I’ve ever had at a dental office. I suffer from anxiety, especially with things like this, so I was shaken before I arrived. From the moment I was in to the moment I left I felt so at ease, and am no longer nervous at all for my upcoming appointments. Woody helped me plan accordingly to maximize my insurance benefits to get as much work done as possible for the best value, including last minute fillings day of so I can get more done before the end of the year and my benefits reset. Dr. Tom allowed me to wear an earbud to listen to comforting music while he did his work, which maybe isn’t much to some, but it made a world of difference for me. I left with fillings in some front teeth that have long been an insecurity for me, and now you can’t even tell I had a cavity there! I have more work to be done, but I already feel so much more confident. For as long as I am in this area, this will without a doubt be my go to dentist! Thank you Dr. Tom and staff for making this a truly life changing experience, and for your patience and understanding!

I needed to find a new dentist and I'm so glad it was this one! The front desk staff is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The dental assistant is very caring and attentive. Dr. Kaczynski is gentle and patient. This is genuine, compassionate care. Highly recommended.

I needed to find a new dentist because mine had retired. I broke an old crown and needed it repaired ASAP. So looking at Google reviews I decided to try Dr. Kaczynski. I am very happy I did. They were able to get me in quickly and taken care. The quality of service was beyond my expectations, as was the quality of work and price! The in office Insurance Fella does an amazing job getting numbers together and gives everything up front. No surprise "additional" monies to pay out; like some dental offices want extra up front, even though you have insurance. I especially liked that. High quality work from a kind, experienced Doctor and the assistants were lovely too. Very satisfied with everything from begining to end! Especially knowing it is basically a crap shoot finding a Dental Office and Dentist that checks all your boxes. I believe they offer very reasonable prices for everyone and have payment plans too, in case someone did not have insurance. So truly no reason for anyone to be neglectful of their teeth and put off tomorrow what they should do today. Very satisfied New Patient.

Best cleaning I think I’ve ever had it’s been a week and my teeth still feel clean and had no build up on them!! First time in this office and I’m usually terrified of going to the dentist but had no pain for once with my visit which was great! Dentist caught that my old dentist didn’t completely repair my last cavity before putting a filling over it so I’m glad that was caught and can get taken care of! Will be coming back next week for my cavity repair and will be making this my new dental office! Highly recommend!

Wonderful staff. Excellent service. I’ve had cleanings, fillings, and a removal done by Dr. Kaczynski and am totally happy with all the work done!

I would recommend Dr. K and his staff. They were professional and efficient. Nobody in their right mind enjoys a visit to the dentist, but we all have to have our teeth attended to, and these guys do a good job.

Getting their add in the mail, I just wanted to hop on here and WARN ORHERS!! If I could give them no stars I would not only were they trying to pull teeth that didn’t need to be pulled that could also be Repaired knowing I would need an implant or something because it’s a front tooth they tried holding the x-rays that they took hostage until I paid a missed appointment fee And they were trying to tack on charges that shouldn’t have even been charges off of ONE CONSULTATION VISIT!! They even said I had a great dental plan one of the best so I don’t understand how I accumulated all these charges off of ONE CONSULTATION VISIT, all those charges for one visit, then they try getting their money out of me by extorting me over my x-rays!!!!!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don’t use these guys. I go to Aspen dental now and they tried repairing the front tooth that they wanted to pull but I didn’t go back in time so it broke off and I’ve only paid co-pays. Nothing else no extra fees no missed disappointment fees nothing!!! Whatever you do clearly they’re putting ads out there because they don’t have customers and clearly there’s a reason!! And I’m the type that will not just go and run into a bad review Over petty stuff because I always say someone’s quick to run and talk about a bad review but usually they just forget or push pushed to the side of a good review. I am genuinely trying to warn people because I couldn’t believe the amount of audacity off of one consultation visit You can look at my profile.
