Office staff was wonderful first of all. They got my son in same day. Dr. Thomas and her assistant were very caring and understanding with is. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly. My son and I couldn't help but notice that all staff and clients were extremely familiar and friendly with each other, and took time with everyone. We will definitely be looking to become regular clients here.

First impressions are important. I entered the dental office and approached the receptionist to be met with "Last name!" My mind immediately goes to "this is my first time here, this is my new dentist, what happened to ‘hello’"? After receiving the clipboard to fill out the paperwork, I sat and listened to the receptionist say "Hello, may I have your last name" to the next four people who came in. I was a bit annoyed by the poor behavior. It raised my guard with the other folks I subsequently encountered (the hygienist, dentist, etc), hoping that they would not be rude. They were very nice, actually. To reiterate, first impressions matter. I think you folks can do better.

Danielle was definitely one of a kind! Extremely passionate and very focused on her patients. Front staff no where near as friendly or about customer service--- Danielle for the win!!!!

If i could leave 0 stars I would. I called to make an appointment for their earliest availability, and I guess I was pushed through to the booking center. I was penciled in and told they’d call me to let me know what time my appointment was. I received a text to confirm my appointment so I did, but the next morning at 7:51am I got called by the office. The lady who called me immediately told me I was booked wrong and needed to come in that day at 9:30 because of the scheduling issue. I was unable to just drop everything and come in because I had to work, but the lady who called didn’t like that and gave me attitude saying I didn’t talk to anyone in the office but that i talked to the booking center. I told her I called the number linked to their website, and to just cancel my booking. She told me it wasn’t their fault I got pushed through to the booking center and I was booked next to an implant service; pretty much telling me they wouldn’t get me in either way.. I wouldn’t recommend going here after this interaction

The hygienist was great. The dentist, not so much. I only had a cleaning, but the dentist seemed to be in a giant hurry and I don’t feel like she did a good job. I’ll be looking for a new dentist now

My visit was amazing, starting with the receptionist. She went all out to get my procedure done quickly to meet my schedule, and the dentist and her assistant were very professional, precise and quick it went very smooth and I am so very happy all the way around. Thank you forward dental for your amazing work. So satisfied now I can continue with my daily routine.

It's nice place got stuff done I needed done they take care of me in a proper way and make me feel comfortable even though I'm on Medicare the dentist Dr Thomas is a good dentist most of her hygienist are awesome too and the front desk ladies are good too
