They are awesome! This is my first visit in Kennewick. I was hesitant at first but then my husband told me that the people works there are superb! Sarah the hygienist, she’s the sweetest and the best, she always check on you to make sure if im ok or if i need anything to be more comfortable. Also, the dentist Stoker, he’s awesome and a good listener! Overall, Im happy w their services! Definitely going to be back on my next schedule and so thus my husband! PS: the office is super cozy and clean and the staffs are all nice and smiley!

From the people at the front desk,to the lady who walked me to the back and prepped me, to the dentist and his assistants,they were not only professional but compassionate. They went out of there way to explain things and get me comfortable with the fact that I was about to get 19 teeth yanked. Coming through the door I knew I needed it done ,but every step I took after that my anxiety began to mount. Only with there help and calm reassuring manner was I able to deal in an appropriate manner

it was my first time going to this dental place but honestly Hands down my dental hygienist was the best I’ve ever had. She was gentle but thorough, explained every step of the cleaning, and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. My teeth have never felt this clean. Super friendly, professional, and kind. I had a free consultation for dental implants and couldn’t be more impressed. The team took their time to answer all of my questions and made sure I fully understood the process, which immediately put me at ease. They went above and beyond by accommodating my schedule and were even able to get me in the same day for my implant screws/posts since I’m starting a new job on Monday and needed time to heal. I truly appreciated their flexibility, efficiency, and genuine care. Highly recommend!

Very efficient, friendly and overall good hospitality from this staff. Mid-Columbia Dental got me in within one day and were able to my schedule. I am pretty sick and struggling with these wisdom teeth but the crew here made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Offered water, blankets, massage chair. This will definitely be my new dentist for good.

At mid Columbia dental the staff was friendly warm and welcoming. The office was clean and organized. The staff addressed all my questions and concerns. They work with insurance and non insurance patients making payment plans available.
