Merit Dental - Kalamazoo

Staff was very nice. Shelby was fun to talk to. Dr. Battle is very thorough with your new patient visit. Anything she tells you about your teeth help you understand why they are like that and helps in any way to fix them or any problem you have even TMJ. When I got my teeth cleaned the dental hygienist was very gentle with cleaning my teeth and made sure I wasn't having any sensitivity when rinsing my mouth. Since I'm sensitive to cold water she used warm water instead. I highly recommend going here if you're in need of dental work.

This is the best dentist office I’ve ever been to hands down. All the staff and hygienists are friendly and professional. They always make every effort to ensure my comfort and go above and beyond to help me improve my dental health. Would definitely recommend!

When I first started going to Merit Dental a few years ago the state of my teeth and overall dental hygiene/health was fairly... Poor would be the word. Didn't care for the dentist, among other things. With patience and a good amount of work my teeth are doing much, much better. The work of Dr. Anna Battle is phenomenal, her demeanor and patience is unmatched, and the office has the best assistant ever in Princess Alice! Can't recommend them or the office highly enough. With Dental care like theirs? My days of eating candy will be long and plentiful. Candy shall rain from the sky into my mouth. Of every variety. I'm talking chocolates, abba zabbas, sour patch kids, everything right on through to Necco Wafers and circus peanuts.... Where was I? Oh, yes - Five Stars, on the office, the personnel, and most importantly the quality of the dental work

I enjoy going to Merit Dental because I get great service and and have fun while I'm there. The staff is professional and knowledgeable. Amanda is a wonderful person and dental hygienist and she makes my visit fun.

I love Merit dental on S Westnedge. Staff is friendly and helpful. I have very sensitive teeth and the hygienist and the dentist don't hurt me and also don't make me feel bad about it nor do they make me feel like am imposition. They explain things well. They make sure insurance is billed. Recently my insurance changed and is now out of network. They are making sure to obtain preauthorizations to make sure I know what is expected as I don't want to move to another provider.

Always an excellent experience. They have been my dental service provider for years. Always have appreciated their excellence. The dentist, hygienist, and office staff are all friendly, personable, and professional.

My three-year-old just had her first checkup/"cleaning" at Merit Dental, and it was the BEST experience one could hope for. She was nervous and is very stubborn, but hygienist Amanda was so kind and so good with kids, that she was actually able to convince my daughter to "help" her and get the exam done. We were able to be in the room with her and everyone was flexible enough to do things in ways that made my daughter comfortable. Dr. Battle was also very nice, and she is a great dentist. We all left very happy and I am so glad my family goes there.
