I was very impressed by this office! Front desk is very friendly and patient. She provides such great service. But Dr. Nishul Patel is amazing! Wow he is so patient and friendly! So informative! We were so comfortable in this office and in his presence. He explained the process so well that I literally had not a single question about anything. He really goes above and beyond. I’m so glad that he is the dentist that will be caring for my daughter. You guys are amazing here thank you so much!!!! Even my daughters were wowed by his calm and friendly nature. They said he doesn’t scare them like other dentists do. We are very grateful!

I paid $250 for a 14-minute appointment with Dr. Shiva Salehi and left with failed dental work that broke within three hours. The appointment began with an hour of waiting while staff searched for basic equipment. Once seated, I was sprayed directly in the eyes and up the nose despite wearing protective eyewear. During the procedure, Dr. Salehi stated that bonding my two front teeth could not be done with a closed bite without grinding my lower teeth down and would fail within a day. I have had this exact procedure done successfully many times and she only had to add to the current bonding. When I explained that another dentist at this same practice had done it repeatedly and that I only needed it to last a month, the response was, "Well, I’m not him." After I confirmed my bite felt good, additional grinding was performed anyway. The bonding broke later that same day. (suspicious). The appointment ended without being shown the result in a mirror and without any closing communication. Dr. Salehi simply left the room. This was one of the most unprofessional and poorly handled clinical interactions I have experienced. There was no accountability, no communication, and no concern for the outcome. An exercise in not being heard. For clarity, Dr. Harrold Beddall, at the same practice, is excellent. This review is not about the practice as a whole. I would strongly recommend requesting a different provider from Dr. Salehi. She said she couldn't warranty the work, and I said "fine". When the alternative is not being able to chew, what else are you going to say? Every other exact same procedure over the past 40 years has lasted years or at least months, not hours.

I just switched to the practice and have been VERY impressed. I was only going for invisalign initially but was so impressed that I switched from another local Dentist. Donna performed a deep cleaning and was so gentle I didn’t need numbing, she made the process a pleasure. Dr Salehi is absolutely wonderful. She is doing my Invisalign and has been so patient & kind. She has kept everything in my best interest as a patient, not just a number or for $$ she is compassionate, kind and extremely knowledgeable. Renata, the office manager, is a gem! She goes above and beyond for patients. She has been very clear regarding patient responsibilities for things insurance may not completely cover, etc. I have had no issues with billing since becoming more than an invisalign patient at this office. As a healthcare provider myself, I am extremely picky when it comes to my own care- I recommend this team without hesitation. It’s been a pleasure going to this office

I had an excellent experience at Jupiter Dental. Dr. Patel performed my extraction with expert care, making the process smooth and painless. Dr Salehi did an amazing job on my bonding and partial, ensuring a perfect fit and natural look. the entire team is professional and highly skilled. I`m thrilled with my results and highly recommend them both doctors.

Jupiter dental is one of the best dentist I’ve ever been to . They are very caring and helpful. Yesterday I had to have a tooth taken out by surgeon, they made it a very good experience. I’ve been very afraid to go to dentist and it’s been some time. But now I will no longer put off going to the dentist. But only at that office.

I had my appointment on 12/4/2025 to get started with my Invisalign retainers. Even though the office was very busy, Nadya gave me personal attention and patiently answered all of my questions. Dr Salehi also stopped by to see how I was doing! Dr Salehi, Nadya and the entire JDG staff have established a very professional, patient-friendly (and fun!) environment that I highly recommend.

In the past I was very impressed with the hygienists at Jupiter Dental. Unfortunately I’ve gone through 3 hygienists over the past 5 years due to turnover at the practice. The first hygienist Victoria was one of the best I ever had. She was replaced by Barbara who was very good, but unfortunately moved on to another practice closer to her home. She was replaced by another hygienist who cleaned my teeth but offered no feedback about the condition of my teeth. I’ve never had an hygienist not provide information about my teeth during a 6 month cleaning. The hygienist also had a difficult time understanding some of my questions due to a language barrier. The led headlights she used on her head during the cleaning resulted in bright lights in my eyes which was very uncomfortable. I asked her to use the normal headlight hygienists typically use since it was blinding my eyes even when I closed them and she said she likes the led light and offered me some sunglasses. I guess it’s time to look for a new practice unfortunately.
