Aspen Dental - Jupiter, FL

I would honestly give this place zero stars if Google allowed it. The star literally goes to the dental assistant, who was incredibly kind and helpful. I initially found this office through a promotional Invisalign ad while shopping around and booked an appointment since they’re close to me. That appointment was canceled because they apparently have a half day on Fridays and don’t want to see patients after a certain time. If an appointment is offered and confirmed, it should be honored — that should not be the customer’s problem. I rescheduled for another day and time. I arrived around 8:50 AM for my 9:00 AM appointment. Once again, the dental assistant was wonderful. However, when the doctor came in, the entire tone changed. She had a very rude attitude, and the interaction immediately felt uncomfortable. I came in specifically to discuss Invisalign, yet she focused almost entirely on criticizing my hygiene and repeatedly telling me how bad everything was. At one point, I even laughed out of discomfort and had to remind her why I was there. She briefly mentioned they use something called "Motto," and that was essentially the extent of the Invisalign discussion. After they finished checking everything, I was left sitting in the chair for about 15 minutes. At that point, the time was already 10:22 AM and I needed to leave. I had to interrupt staff members who were talking just to say that I needed to go. They told me to head to the front desk. When I did, the woman at the front desk told me she would be in contact later that day and would send me an email. I never received anything. I then called the following day and no one has responded. This level of follow-up — or lack thereof — is extremely unprofessional. I have visited multiple dental and orthodontic offices in the area while shopping around, and I have never experienced anything like this. If hygiene work is required as part of their Invisalign process, that should be clearly communicated upfront before patients book appointments. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had, and I strongly recommend saving your time and going elsewhere.

I would rate Aspen Dental in Jupiter a zero if I could. My crown fell off and all I wanted was an appointment to come in and get it reattached. I spent over 1 hour trying to call before I heard a human… I just kept getting a voicemail . Then they put me on hold for 20 minutes before I hung up and tried again. When I finally spoke to the office manager, he asked a few questions and put me on hold for 1 hour and 15 minutes. I actually got in my car and drove to the office thinking they must be slammed busy. I walked in (still on hold) and he was all by himself at his desk pleasant as could be. When I told him who I was, he said. " yes you are the 4 pm appointment. I told him that he never confirmed the time and he put me on hold. He said he had not idea what happened. Then comes back and tells me the dentist or assistant… anybody, could not see me that day. It literally takes 10 minutes to reattach a crown. I spent 3 hours trying to get someone to help me to then get nobody willing to help me. Terrible organization in that office and most of all no customer service. Time to find a new dentist. I will never go back there again. I even told the office manager that I was so upset and will never come back and he just gave me a blank look. He could not even muster up an apology for the terrible experience. .

Kay was such an amazing person!!! You guys are so lucky to have such a nice caring person at the front desk. I’m the person to be very nervous about dentist appointments and her energy when walked in was beyond great!!! Even post appointment she educated me extremely well! This place is amazing!

Aspen in a great dentist because the service is always top-notch. The staff are not only professional but also genuinely warm and welcoming, which makes every visit enjoyable. I especially want to give a shout-out to Maribel, Lizet, and Garret — they always greet me with a smile, take the time to make sure everything is just right, and truly go the extra mile. It’s rare to find such a consistently friendly and attentive team, and they make Aspen stand out. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great service and a wonderful atmosphere! And a big shout out to Dr. Foster too - my favorite "pain" person!!!

Made a same day appointment for 5pm for severe tooth pain. Showed up at 4:57 to the doors locked and no one inside. Sign on door stated they were open until 5:30. I called the appointment line. The lady I talked to was very nice and in shock that everyone had left early. She asked if I wanted to reschedule, I had a good laugh before informing her I would not be coming back.

The staff here is nice and professional. They are very understanding and willing to work with you to help you get done what is needed. I do not like going to dentist but they make it easy and comfortable to make you want to come back to them.

I would like to say that dr alcontara and her assistant Taylor made the visit or experience very very comfortable. They were very professional and I would recommend them in the Jupiter area if you need dental work very happy and satisfied also the young lady at front desk who’s name I didnt get but once again they were excellent thankyou Todd Steele
