New City Dental Care

Just called. All I wanted to know was --- (1) Does the doctor perform the deep cleaning himself (2) What insurance is accepted (3) What's the price of the procedure if not accepted The lady presumably at the front desk had to be an utter Karen about it. JUST NAME ME A PRICE AND THAT'S IT. I'm presuming this is what the doctor teaches their staff to do --- don't give the px over the phone, have the patients come over and we bill astronomical prices. Shady practice. Stay away

Had an emergency this place took the time to squeeze me in for my procedure.Jessica greeded me so welcoming Wendy the nurse very helpful and is very nerve calming as for the doctor she was very professional and made me feel comfortable!! Very satisfied with my experience 😁

I been coming to New City dental care for over 5 years and Doctor Kim did a crown and root canal and is always a good experience, so a big shout to the staff and doctor Kim for always taken care of me.

After viewing the great reviews, I visited this dentist. Very true that this is the best dental place. Attentive receptionist, gentle nurse, caring and professional Doctor Kim....they all make you feel at ease. The Doctor was kind, explained well the pros and cons, did not force me to do what I was not keen on, provided excellent alternatives. The treatment was quick and timely, no waiting at all. I will definitely recommend this place!
