I had a great experience with all the people that work here. Dr Marie, her asst Ms Susan, James and Krissy are amazing from the time i walked in until they provided the best service. I was scared at going to the dentist but at Sage i never felt scared ; they were all great at their jobs. I am Relaxed and not scared at all. Thank you so much . More power and keep up the great work.And to the manager Ari, thanks for updating me With my schedule , always with a pleasant smile.

Excellent staff. Ari at the front desk always greet you with a smile. Let’s face it, going to the dentist is not always a pleasant experience but everyone, Dr. Basco, James, Susan make the visit " not so bad ".

The customer service is always outstanding. The staff are courteous, polite, caring and very professional. The office is always cleaning. James does my cleaning every 6 months and provides exceptional care. The staff, especially James, try to make you feel like family.

They will try to sell you unnecessary dental work! I don't often have cavities (last one was 10 years ago), so when I went for my routine cleaning and they came up with $2,000 of dental work I was suspicious (using AI). Not only that, but they didn't even have time to do the cleaning so it was a bait and switch even though I said online I just needed a cleaning when I made the appointment. They wanted to extract two of my wisdom teeth, I asked if they could just drill the cavities and they said no, they must be extracted. I didn't do anything so a few months later I went to a more honest local dentist and got a real summary. I have 3 tiny cavities that were too small to drill. There was no issue with my wisdom teeth. The new dentist wanted to charge me $120 each to put Curodont which remineralized tiny cavities, so that was all I needed. This other dentist also uses AI but they said it's only to draw attention to areas, not indicative of a problem. Sage Dental also took my blood pressure with a finger device and told me to be careful as it measured 140/40. I told them they can't trust the top number because the bottom number means I'd be nearly dead. And the kicker, Sage Dental asked me how long I brushed, I said 1 -2 minutes. She said it wasn't two minutes because the Oral B electric toothbrushes auto shut off. I looked it up afterwards, they do not shut off unless you set it that way and I'm not sure if they all even can do that. Also they seemed quite excited when they got my gums to bleed in one location. I would stay away from this Dentist and possibly any chains that seek to maximize profits. I feel bad for the people giving positive reviews because they "caught lots of problems". They catch all problems and much much more.

This was my initial visit and they are ready from the moment you enter the door. Very impressed with thoroughness of the doctor and the time she allots to explain and answer any questions. The staff was courteous, professional, detailed, and friendly.

This was my first time visiting Sage Dental. Ari at front desk were very friendly and professional. All the staffs communicate well about what they see happening with your teeth and gums, explain what they are doing to improve things. It was a pleasant experience with Dr. Basco. Great location and easy parking too!

Staff is always wonderful! Doing the job to the customer’s satisfaction! Always has the family feel!
