I’ve been going to this Dentist’s office for over a decade and it’s been amazing. If you’re looking for a trustworthy dental office to go to this is it. Not only is the office is clean. The staff is polite and respectful. Dr. Rhonda has been working with me from the beginning. She goes above board to ensure that you 100% satisfied. She has put a smile back on my face.

Absolutely the best Dentist Office! From the receptionist who squeezed me in to Elsa who took my x-rays and made me feel at home and wanted to drink sweet tea with. Dr. Vu who was sweet and caring to Lele who cleaned my teeth! I definitely will be back and will recommend everyone of these lovely ladies to everyone I can. I had a wonderful experience with JR Dental, the staff was very friendly and professional. They explained my treatment plan, and welcomed all of my questions and concerns. The facility was very clean, and I recommend this dentist to anyone that's looking for a dentist that provides services that will meet all of your dental needs.

(Update below) Despite my mother being in obvious pain and crying, treatment continued. I later called the office regarding my mother’s visit; the receptionist was very kind and said she would pass along a message for the office manager to call or respond to the email my mother sent 6 days ago, but there was never any follow-up. (Office manager, V. Watson, was in the office the next day per staff) My mother’s records clearly indicate that she suffers from nerve pain and requires additional numbing, yet the dentist failed to review her chart and ignored clear signs of distress during the procedure. This experience was very upsetting and concerning. **UPDATE** My mother left a review and was promised a phone call to discuss this complaint. This is a major complaint that should be addressed. My mother stated she was hard to numb and mentioned she is prone to infections after dental procedures. All precautions were ignored, NO ACCOMMODATIONS were offered at time of service while she cried in your chair. This is our last attempt to have someone reach out to us before speaking to higher up staff members. Thank you. 1/13/26

I have nothing but good things to say about this office! The kindness and compassion I've received has exceeded all expectations! From the knowledgeable office staff to the Dr himself and everyone in between the care has been exceptional. I appreciate the professionalism!! Highly Recommend!! THANK YOU!!!

Made an appointment 2wks in advance..Gave all my information over the phone insurance ID number everything.Get to the office Friday 12/31/2025 had X-rays say for 3hrs . I was told they had to get authorization from my insurance company for the work they needed to do ..When I was checking out I was given a bill for over 6000$ I asked why she answered it's just a estimate. I only wanted a tooth pulled is what I told her the other lady looks at the bill and says the dr (which was across the street) doesn't accept my insurance.. My question was why didn't they get ALL of that done before I got there rather to have me waste 3hrs for nothing...I was so upset someone dropped the ball somewhere
