This office is exceptionally clean, modern, and welcoming. The doctors and dental assistants are incredibly kind, patient, and professional—I truly can’t say enough good things about them. I’ve had two root canals here within the past year. Dr. Peinado performed my first, and Dr. Hart completed my most recent procedure. I came in with significant anxiety and fear, but both doctors showed remarkable patience and compassion, treating me with genuine kindness and respect throughout the entire process. Both procedures were completely painless and surprisingly quick, which speaks volumes about their skill and care. I’d also like to give special recognition to Justine, the assistant, who was absolutely wonderful. She has such a calming presence and made the experience even more comfortable. I sincerely hope I never need another root canal, but if I do, I wouldn’t trust anyone else besides Dr. Hart and Dr. Peinado. Highly recommend this office to anyone seeking expert care in a supportive, comforting environment.

I was referred to Dr. Hart by my dentist for an abscessed tooth which was causing me excruciating pain. I am very apprehensive when it comes to dental work. When I arrived at the office I was greeted with professionalism and felt like I was home. The office staff was very kind, courteous and sympathetic to my needs. The dental assistant was very nice and patient when helping me when I explained my anxiety about dental work. When Dr. Hart came into the room, she presented a presence of calmness and made me feel very relaxed. She was very thorough in explaining everything that needed to be done. When she performed the procedure, she was very gentle and constantly checked on me. I could not have been more pleased with Dr Hart and the service she provided. In conclusion, Dr. Hart and the staff were amazing and I highly recommend them. The level of care and compassion demonstrated by this practice if beyond any expectation I could have had. I believe you would be doing yourself a disservice if you did not utilize this practice. If I ever need additional endodontic work again, Dr. Hart will be the first call I make.

Dr. Hart and her team are the best of the best! I Unfortunately I had several root canals this past year. Luckily Dr. Hart is very soft handed and very accurate. My experience was good. My dentist shouldn't have referred me here. This office suffers from a lack of confidence and professionalism… If you struggle with extreme health anxiety, please spare yourself the extra panic attack and find somewhere else. I came here with a serious tooth infection, and Dr. Peinado made me feel hopeless and terrified about my situation. I think patients deserve better than to hear "I can only try" from their doctors. To give some context, I have panic disorder, and health-related issues are a huge trigger. Of course, I'd never blame ANY medical staff for how that makes me react to information they give me, but hearing the lack of confidence from Dr. Peinado during the consultation led me to spiral for the entire following week. From the way she spoke, I genuinely believed it wasn't going to get better, that the best course of action was to have the tooth extracted since she didn't think she could save it. However, my regular dentist said the tooth itself was still healthy, then gave a second referral to a different endo and they treated it with no problem. I understand that a root canal (or re-treatement) isn't always 100% guaranteed to resolve an infection, but Dr. Peinado came off incredibly pessimistic about it. To make matters worse, on the day of the consultation she prescribed an antibiotic for the infection but gave nothing for pain, meaning she was fine with me suffering through the entire healing process which was in fact EXTREMELY painful (my dentist was shocked to hear about this). OTC meds did nothing and I couldn't focus on anything; I even went to urgent care in the middle of the night because SHE didn't care for me first. I see they talk back to certain negative reviews, so I should make it clear that I don't wish to be inflammatory just for the sake of it. The most positive things I can say are that the rest of the staff were nice, and I appreciate that they at least cared about spelling my name right. Additionally, they were able to make room for a same-day appointment when they got an idea of how severe my infection was, so if you have an emergency (and aren't bothered by everything else I just wrote) then this place might be good for you. To the doctors and staff, if you're reading this, I'm begging you to have some compassion for more sensitive patients. Also, please show more confidence in your work! You could have been the ones getting paid to save my tooth, but it sounded like you didn't have the expertise so I went somewhere else.

I had an abscessed tooth that was excruciating for over a week and couldn’t find anyone who could see me since it was during the holidays but Dr Peinado recognized the pain I was in and got me in her office in the same day! When I tell you that root canal felt WONDERFUL I mean it. She was so kind and patient throughout the process and the procedure itself was painless! Highly recommend her practice of you need a root canal!

Dr. Hart was incredible! I was so nervous about getting a root canal, but she made the whole experience completely painless and quick. She explained everything so well and kept me calm the entire time. I’m so grateful I ended up in her care. Also, I would like to mention that the whole team was extremely helpful and accommodating during the entire process. I highly recommend Dr. Hart and EBP!

I got a root canal done Tues of this week by Dr. Hart. The ladies at the front desk were super kind and answered all of my questions. Lisa helped me find the office when I got stuck driving around. Justine took me back and you would have thought SHE was the dentist as knowledgeable as she was. The moment I got in the dental chair she dispelled the many myths about root canals I have heard all my life. She told me what to expect, answered questions about the procedure, gave me other tooth info I had no idea about. She was the best! Then I met Dr. Hart. She was so kind and lovely, explaining what she was doing at each moment of my root canal. Ill be honest, I was scared. My first ever root canal at 35. So often I've come across seasoned doctors in their prospective fields glazing over first time nerves etc. of patients. Not Dr. Hart. Her and Justine both asked me nearly every 5 minutes how I was doing, if I needed anything, and at what stage we were in my root canal. If I have to get another root canal in the future, Endodontics Bartram Park is where I want to go and only Dr. Hart will do! Everyone there was top notch.
