The wait time is between 1.5 -2 hours with appointment on any given day . The doctors are good but unfortunately it seems the practice has reached a point that they have such a high volume of patients that they no longer care about the individual patient experience and thus don’t care about loosing patients. It’s very unfortunate given I had been a patient for over 20 years.

They treated my mom to get a denture and gave an appointment. My mom went there and after waiting for hours, she was told that her denture is not ready and she needs to come back in two weeks. After two weeks, she was given her denture and she wasn't able to use it at all as the upper and bottom part don't align. She can't eat anything using them. How could the doctor not see it. I called them and they told that she needs to go for adjustment without an appointment after 12:30. I insisted to give me an appointment, but they didn't. I told the office that I'll drop her off before 12:30, however she needs to be done by 2 pm as I have to pick my child from school after I pick her up. They told me that they understood and she will be seen as the first patients once she arrives. It's near 2 pm and she is STILL WAITING!!! And, they're saying she needs to wait and they can't say when she will be done. They're treating a senior citizen like this, I don't know what's happening to others. Horrible Service!

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. While Dr. Hasan Alamzad is amazing, the front staff is horrid. They are racist and always so disrespectful to my mother. They intentionally don’t answer phone calls and have ignored my mother in person when she tries to speak to them. They have laughed in her face for not being able to speak English properly and it’s so disheartening to see people like this in the healthcare field.

They have good staff but the wait time is extremely slow. My husband had an appointment at 5:30 in the afternoon, it was 7:15 at night and they hadn't seen him... If they are short on staff they shouldn't have so many people coming in and that way they'll provide better service, but they have to consider the patients' time... It's not fair that for just one dental cleaning you have to wait more than 3 hours for care!

Terrible service and dental work. Had to get 2 root surgery procedures which both got infected. Each tooth took about 4 visits, each visit taking about an hour wait (30-1.5 hr) consistently. Long wait times even after being called as dentists are tending to multiple patients at a time. Asked for my dental records so I can refer to my procedure that required 2 root canal retreatments. Long wait times on hold (up to 30 minutes). After handing in the signed document, they had not reached out to me in over a month. When I called them back, it sounded as though they have completely failed to see my email for a month and have not even mailed my records, which they addressed and claimed to send it. Another 3 weeks later, I still have not received it and called again. Lady at reception claimed that it has been sent a week ago but I have still not received it. Reception has been consistently blatantly unapologetic for terrible service. No one has recognized or admitted their negligence for 2 failed procedures and has offered no support in getting the problem resolved. Resolving any issue causes a lot of frustration due to long wait times, miscommunication, and rudeness.

The front desk service is very bad. Every time i call to make appointment or any other query they put on hold. Today they put me on hold for more then 30 minutes then i hung ip and called back. Still they put me on hold. Someone needs to take care of patients at the time of call or the patient can hold for few minutes not for that long. Dr.Alamzad please take care of this. Very bad front desk service needs to improve. They’re very rude with patients.

Best place best or I can say top doctor dentist. I had experience top doctors in Manhattan but his office in Queens and his best all of them good price good quality good people help him. I am very very happy and I I want you to be happy, save your thousands And have a good quality of job. This is true statement my name Nina Kapitanova 100% he is number one doctor thank you.
