⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent experience from start to finish. The staff is very friendly, professional, and always makes you feel comfortable. The doctor takes the time to clearly explain each procedure and answer all questions, which builds a lot of trust. The office is spotless and equipped with modern technology. I highly recommend this place for any dental treatment.

I have completed my All-on-Four, and my new implant teeth look beautiful. Dr. Sehat took great care of me from start to finish, including the procedure and delivery of my final teeth. The front desk staff and management at this dental clinic are not welcoming at all. My family has been patients of Dr. Sehat for over a decade, and I’ve been a patient of him since he was in Arlington. This review is not about his skills or knowledge; he’s a knowledgeable and skilled dentist. However, I’m writing this review about the recent experience I had with the front desk and management. When Mike was there, the customer service was good. He was attentive and tried to find the best options for us. But after he left, things changed. Six months ago, we went there for a cleaning. Dr. Sehat wasn’t there for consultation. Yesterday, they called us to confirm the appointment for cleaning in Fall. They told me that they only saw the appointment for me and my wife. When I asked them about the kids’ appointment, they couldn’t find it. I do remember that they scheduled a cleaning appointment for my family in the last appointment. I put it to my calendar. It’s the first time in 10 years that I’ve heard that they’ve done an individual appointment for us. When I asked them if there was a problem with the scheduling, they weren’t welcoming. I had to reschedule in May or cancel it. I couldn’t tolerate it, so I had to cancel. I can’t waste my time for the rest of the family in different days. I’m sorry to miss Dr. Sehat, but we don’t plan to come back until they fix the management issues.

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Sehat for over 20 years and he is an absolute ace! Has a fantastic staff and knows and uses the best technology around. Has done two composite and one porcelain crown on me and same for my wife that have been rock solid. Once you pick Dr. Sehat, the rest just won’t do!

I had an overall good experience as new patient for my initial exam which the office was able to get scheduled right away. I’m giving this place 4 stars because after my initial exam when time came to schedule my actual cleaning, they told me no appointments were available for 6 months! I wish they weren’t booking new patients appointments when there is no availability for cleanings in a reasonable time after. If I had known this prior I would have looked for a different dental clinic so I could get my actual cleaning done sooner.

I have been using Dr Shat for about 15 years. I miss his practice not being in Arlington but actually I don't care how far I have to drive but he is the best of the best dentist around. Not only is he very knowledgeable but his bed side manners are excellent. Very caring dentist.

Dr. Sehat and his team are the best dental team you can possibly ask for. Their new office is so modern, immaculate and clean. Front office team Mike and Maria are very professional, kind and caring. I would recommend them to my family and friends 200%! Dentist for life!
