I’ve had a great experience with University Park Dental. The entire team is professional, friendly, and truly focused on patient care. We’ve visited them more than half-dozen times for various dental health reasons, and the experience has consistently been positive each time. I especially appreciate that they take the time to explain treatment options and work with me on my family’s dental needs in a thoughtful, personalized way. We’ve been very happy with the care we’ve received and plan to stay with them long-term. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy dental team.

Have been to many Dentists over time and Doctor Parsangi and her staff are just the best. Very concerned with your comfort and care. Crowns, other dental procedures all perfect, no redo's. If you have an emergency they always fit you in somehow. Great Hygienist for cleanings. Highly recommend!

I do not exaggerate when I say this is the best dentist office I've ever been to in my life. Like most people, I don't particularly enjoy going to the dentist, but Jenny, the hygienist, is one of the most compassionate practitioners I've ever met. She is outstanding at engaging with patients as people, not just teeth and gums, and over the several visits she has been consistently kind, asking questions and sharing bits about her life to do what medical humanities have been trying to teach doctors for a while: patients are people and the best way to support their health is to connect as human beings and then share the medical knowledge so that patients can take their health into their own hands with the support of experts. She is a great teacher and since she taught me how exactly to floss my gum health has improved: I don't suffer from sensitivity anymore, and some of my gum measurements improved (which I didn't think was possible!). Since gum health affects the health of the heart and the brain, and mouth bacteria was found to be associated with dementia in recent studies, this is a crucial intervention with ripple effects in my overall health and I am deeply grateful. The receptionist, Tania, is kind and thorough, explaining every detail with a warm, authentic smile. I just appreciate everyone's work ethics. They all want to offer an excellent service with warmth and attention to detail. I have to get a crown soon so hopefully I can also report on that with gratitude. Even how the team guided me into making that decision was so nice: they thoroughly explained their reasoning behind choosing this option and the details of the procedure and gave me space to decide, unlike other experiences I had of which I will spare you the details. In sum, this dentist office has shown me a great respect for patient's autonomy, a great sense of warmth and excellence in their service, and I don't want to go anywhere else.

Tania is outstanding. She is very nice and fast, she understands insurance well and explain how much it will cost before treat. She also arrange next appointment very fast and accurate. I don’t have to wast my time to them to figure it out like the other dentist or clinic I have been.

I could not be more satisfied in a dental appointment as I had at University Park Dental. It was a more pleasant experience than I am used to from the fist time I called to the most recent time I left the office after a cleaning. The staff conducts itself very professionally and the warmth of the staff is very comforting. The receptionist, Tania greets with a smile and is efficient in her task, making the check-in process seamless. I recommend this office for anyone seeking exceptional dental care. Jennie, who cleaned my teeth was able to take care of me efficiently without any pain even after 3 years of buildup.
