Great experience every time. I have been coming to River City Dental for little over 8 years. They take great care of my family. When we arrive the receptionists know us by name. The team answers all my questions and concerns, take their time, never felt rushed through an appointment. Dr. Clemons has me on a great care plan that works. The hygienists are friendly and not too rough with cleanings. They explain their findings and give recommendations and suggestions. No complaints here. I highly recommend.

From Dr. Clemons himself, to the dental assistant, the dental hygienist, to the front desk person, I was greatly impressed with each- their care and patience, their knowledge, their professionalism and their kindness. My diagnosis was mildly traumatic for me- both regarding the issue, and with my particular insurance carrier, and they went the extra yard to explain my various options, for which I felt truly grateful. Very welcoming, from the front desk staff, office manager to the dentist Dr. Clemons. After X-rays Dr. Clemons showed me what work I need done. I was offered different options for my restorative dental care. I am sure we will be able to work out a plan that he feels is best for me.
