Kings Oak Dental Care

By far the best dentist appointment I’ve ever had. My hygienist (Kristin) was amazing, very professional and knowledgeable. She took great care of me and helped me understand how badly I clench my teeth by showing it on the TV screen with their technology. Very nice office and conveniently located.

I had an amazing experience at Kings Oak dental. Everyone was very professional and cheerful. The time and expertise put into my teeth and keeping a perfect smile is important to me. The preventive treatment was great to avoid an area of concern helped. So glad I saw this post on Facebook. Thank you ladies. See you all again soon.

Excellent experience! The staff is always incredibly friendly and professional from the moment you walked in. The cleaning was thorough yet gentle, and Justine, the hygienist explained everything step-by-step and frequently checked on my comfort level. Their compassionate approach makes a huge difference. I'm so happy to have found them. I highly recommend this office.

I had to change Dentist this year because my old Dentist was not in the network. I found King Oak Dental Care and could not be happier. The staff is knowledgeable and very professional. They took the time to explain my treatment plan and made sure my insurance would benefit me not the insurance company. Dr. Miller knows her stuff and Kristin the Hygienist explained everything she was doing as well. I would recommend King Oak Dental Care to anyone who needs a new Dentist.

My visit at Kings Oaks Dental Care was amazing. I am very anxious about dentist and there offices from previous bad experiences. But from the entrance of Kings Oaks Dental the ambience of the facility and the lovely greeting from Ms. Renata at the front desk was very relaxing. My hygienist Kristin was very informative of my oral care and did a great job on my mouth care and x-ray information. Dr. Miller with her calm, soft spoken and beautiful demeanor was wonderful explaining my oral health and exams. Wonderful Team.🙏🏽 I have already referred my other family and friends.

I had a horrible experience at this dental office with Dr. Miller and her assistant. I wish I could remember the dental assistants name. She sounded like she had an accent wear glasses and spoke really quickly. She was incredibly rude!. The entire visit left me feeling poorly treated and extremely concerned about the quality of care. During my procedure, Dr. Miller administered so much Novocain that my eyes became crossed and my left eye remained stuck for hours afterward. I was unable to see clearly for quite some time. When I mentioned this to the dental assistant on my way out, she dismissed my concerns and said it was "normal" to have vision problems after a tooth extraction which made absolutely no sense. Instead of addressing my concern or calling Dr. Miller back into the room, she rushed me out to complete additional imaging. I specifically asked to speak with Dr. Miller about the side effects I was experiencing, but my request was ignored. I ended up sitting in my car for a long time waiting for my vision to return to normal, but it didn’t. I ultimately had to call someone to come pick me up because it was unsafe for me to drive. The lack of compassion and professionalism from both Dr. Miller and her assistant was unacceptable. I would NOT recommend this office and will NOT be returning. Never have I been afraid to go to the dentist, but after this experience At Kings Oak Dental Care, I dread going to the dentist.

Every one was friendly and very professional. Christen, was simply amazing. I found my new dentist office. I’ll give 10 stars and 2 thumbs up for the whole team at Kings Oak Dental Care!
