I called to make an appointment. I was told they’d already met their "quota" and would not accept new patients. The practice may be lovely. But I wouldn’t try them if you’re new.

Absolutely love Crestwater Dental! Dr. Chang and her team are incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm smile and made to feel completely at ease. Dr. Chang is gentle, thorough, and explains everything clearly, which really helped ease my nerves. I’ve never felt rushed and always leave feeling well taken care of. If you’re looking for a dentist who truly cares about their patients, I highly recommend Crestwater Dental!

If I can give them more than 5 stars,I would.We have had Dr.Chang as the family dentist for more than14 years and we would continue to patronize her as long as she remains in practice.The transformation with our braces was almost instantaneous and remarkable. Dr.Chang and her staff are extremely wonderful, helpful, prompt with stellar customer service. Missy is our main Lady;I never have to worry about moving things around..We just need to show up. I have been going to Crestwater Dental since it opened. Dr Chang has been my dentist since the beginning and will always be my go to for any questions concerning dental care. She is very professional and caring. She explains procedures up front and takes away the apprehension that I often have when going to the dentist. A true person, not just a dentist! The staff is great too. Missy keeps me up on my appointments. And Ashley is always willing to humor me while doing her hygienist duties. I would highly recommend Crestwater dental for all who have reservations about going to a dentist office. Try them out! You will not be disappointed!

I like the way that the people at Crestwater Dental treats me when I go there and have my teeth taken cared of by Dr. Chang. They are all friendly, respectful besides being beautiful and clean looking. Everyone knows what they are doing especially the dentist who also doesn't have heavy hands. She also gave good advice on how to take care of my teeth properly and I noticed that they serve their patients with a smile including me. This are the reasons why my entire family have their teeth being taken cared of at Crestwater Dental. I would like to thank Dr. Chang for an excellent job well done right. She gave give me back my smile and I can not thank her enough. I love how she and her staff treat me like family. When I got my 6 teeth out I felt no pain. They were professional, kind, patient and family caring to me. Now, I have a mouth full of denture teeth and a great smile and I love my smile. She will take her time make sure the dentures fit well in you mouth and if not she will fix it on the stop. Dr. Chang loves her job and is very caring and professional. Her team of caring professionals are Jennifer and Missy they made me feel so comfortable when I got my teeth out for my new dentures which I love. I am telling my whole family and friends about the excellent care at Crestwater Dental and Dr. Chang and her excellent professional team. The support staff and hygienists make you feel so secure and safe! They are incredibly friendly. Love the front desk and communication. Dr. Chang’s attention to detail is unmatched. She truly cares about the best ways to support her patients and do the job with 110% effort and intention. Great dental practice!
