I had an amazing experience at West Coast Dental! Dr. Gonzalez took care of my root canal and I truly didn’t feel a thing he was gentle, skilled, and made the entire process stress-free. Caro, who assisted him, was so caring and attentive the whole time and made sure I was comfortable at every step. Carolyn was absolutely amazing as well she went over my treatment plan thoroughly and walked me through every step so I knew exactly what to expect. The entire team made me feel supported, calm, and well taken care of. I’m so grateful for such a compassionate and professional staff. Highly recommend West Coast Dental!

I waited over 1 hour after setting an appointment on a Saturday morning 8am. I wasn’t very happy, but Stephanie my hygienist made the experience a 5 star. She’s very experienced, quick and zero discomfort. Not only did she make it easy, she’s got a good character. Thanks Stephanie!

I came here in desperation. Only to be helped beyond my expectations. Dr. Gonzalez had extremely gentle hands with a very bothersome extraction, communicating throughout the entire process. His assistant Carol, was phenomenal, she provided great support during my visit. Carolyn at the front was super sweet, and helpful with assistance for the financing. Overall this entire team made a preemptively stressful situation, absolutely wonderful. I’m looking forward to getting my smile back with this team.

Ms. Maria ef had been the there for me for the being till the end she always make sure I’m in care ever time I visit she gentle and a very good listener and she also very friendly and it pleasant to be around thank you Ms Maria ef for making my visit worth every visit even there the pain and crying u lends me a hand when I first experienced any thing like this I really appreciate it thanks again and to Dr lizarraga thank u for making me be able to smile again I was ashamed of my smile but u made sure u reassured me everything is gonna be all right thank you for acknowledging my pain and helping me smile again I thank god for y’all I’m a able to smile again and feel more confident

The front desk staff was confused and didnt know much. Plus had an appointment yesterday came ans was told i could wait in my car and they would call me never got called to comenin the only thing i got called for was my id and insurance card but this place is not professional at all I would say. I dont know why they booked my appointment when my check in was at 12 and its 1 and still ain't been seen yet is crazy the most people should wait is 30 mins max like I definitely dont understand this won't be coming to thia location anymore after today cause this is insane
