Drake Family Dentistry

This was my first time using this dentist. My wife needed a front chipped tooth redone asap. Dr Burton got back to us immediately and started the process of fixing her tooth. My wife has been in hospice unable to move much. We finally made it to the doc appointment and the compassion and patience they had was unmatched. They fixed the tooth perfectly! Not only did they complete the repair in one visit. They made sure she was comfortable and happy with the work. Thank you so much to the nurses and Dr. Burton. Until next time because because I know we will be back!!

I have been going to Drake Family Dentistry for over 15 years now. My experience has not changed one bit, but specifically during my visit over the holidays, I was seen by Dr. Ernst (I hope I spelled it correctly). She was extremely informative about everything that was happening and answered all my questions. I felt extremely comfortable with her and was happy with my visit! Comfort was her number one concern because of the dental work I was having, and communication was excellent. I completely recommend Drake Family Dentistry. I have moved 25 minutes away from Harlingen and will continue to make the drive for great dental care and customer service.

I was in pain when I called for an appointment at 8:15 AM and was sitting in the clinic by 9:00 AM. Everyone was very friendly and efficient. Had one tooth I thought would have to be pulled, but the doctor did a root canal and saved it; the tooth next to that one had a cavity and was in fragile condition, now they are both prepared and awaiting the crowns. Very pleased with the service and friendliness I recieved.

Staff and Doctor did a great job getting me in with one days notice. Very professional. I highly recommend for your dental emergencies and preventative care.

The heavens opened and sent these angels!! Dr. Burton and dental assistant Diana far exceeded my expectations. Everyone in this office is amazing. The kindness and compassion they show puts you at ease the minute you enter the office. I can’t say enough positive things about my experience!! Always a positive experience. The staff is skilled, efficient and friendly and the atmosphere is calming. I never stress about having to make a visit.

Very nice office. Professional staff. Friendly. Prompt getting in. Scheduling very poor. Scheduled a cleaning and a appt. With dentist. They knew I was a new patient. Had to have trays. Told me I had to come back the next day for my cleaning because she run out of time before next patient. Took unscheduled time off work lost 5 hours of my day for a 35 minute cleaning. Can you say not happy!
