Burke Children's Dentistry

I got a swollen tooth back in January and the reason is because back the week before that the dentists told me I had cavities. I was screaming but MUFFLED when the dentists were HOLDING MY MOUTH. (During the appointment) A week or two later it got better. I wouldn’t recommend it too much.

I really like how all staff is friendly and make my children feel welcomed. The Hygienist Maria has been doing my daughters cleaning and they have yet to feel scared. She's very patient and works well with kids. Overall its always a nice experience coming in for appointments.

Thank you to Dr Burke, Dr Chiu, and their incredible staff for their remarkable service over the past 10 years. Every visit was such a pleasant experience. Yesterday was my son’s last visit as he is now 18. We are saddened we have to leave but very grateful to have them as a part of his dental journey. He left them with a beautiful healthy smile!

The Asian male doctor that is there is horrible he came ranting about my son having a Dye allergy mentioning all kinds of nonsense to me, even questioning my parenting by saying why I haven’t I taken my son to an allergist which I have talked to my sons doctor about and of course doctors will refer my son this doctor does not like questions nor you saying no to anything he wants to do with your child during a procedure the medication that he was going to administer my son had a red dye on it and I told him my son will get a chemical reaction he even has a doctors note at school and the so called dentist came saying how did I know that which of course I explained I also mentioned I worked with a dentist and I mentioned I was not a doctor, but I can have my opinion with my child and he said well topical anesthesia also has pink dye which this answer was uncalled for he told me let me handle this and ordered the DA for general anesthesia and the disclaimer was I could not be in the same room as my 4 year old child for the office and also during general anesthesia they also mentioned during this procedure that they’ll do what’s best for the child and I have to give consent to literally release my rights for the time of procedure. Incompetent doctor and poor empathy towards the patients and parents in my case, will not be going back to that office or anywhere he practices at.

Everyone here is so friendly and show that they care. Very patient and no judgment felt here. Absolutely grateful for being recommended here and it actually be what was expected and more.

My 6 year old son enjoys coming to this dental practice. The staff are pleasant and so very helpful. The wait time can seem a bit long so allow yourself extra time if you are planning your appointment time around a work schedule. They book many cases per hour but they run it rather smoothly and have many staff to help move things along. Their system is efficient for the most part. Dr Burke has always treated my son amazingly well! She takes her time to explain things and she is wonderful with the kids. I have always felt confident in her diagnostics and treatment plan. I found the parking lot to be spacious as well with plenty of parking.

I was so pleased with everyone in the office. Everywhere I turned I would see smiling faces. It's reassuring as a parent to know that the people working on your kids love their jobs. I was so amazed on how patient they were with my four-year-old daughter. Both my kids ended up having cavities but glad to know the people that will be working on them have great dental skills and patience.
