Fantastic practice. Dr. Cha's Team exceeds expectations. The front office is responsive, knowledgable and courteous. Dr. Cha and Toni provide the highest quality of care during a long and challenging procedure. I would strongly recommend Dr. Cha. Quality care with grace!

I went to Dr. Cha yesterday for a root canal. I suffer from anxiety which made the procedure last longer than it should have. Dr. Cha was so patient and understanding. He was calm and spoke to me the entire time. I would recommend this practice 100%

My primary dentist referred me to Dr. Cha to give me a root canal for irreversible pulpitis. They were able to book me right away. I filled out the new patent paperwork online and stressed that I was very nervous about the procedure. To ease my mind, I called the day before to find out exactly what the appointment would entail and the out of pocket expenses associated. I'm glad I did. They are unable to provide nitrous oxide because of COVID, which isn't reflected on the website. At the appointment they addressed my anxiety by being calm, friendly, going slow, and keeping me informed. Both Dr. Cha and Lucy constantly checked in and made sure I was comfortable. I was able to wear the weighted vest (typically used when getting an X-ray) for the duration of my procedure. They played classical music on Pandora to keep the mood light and possibly provide another sensory distraction. It helped that the office was clean and exam rooms had tons of windows to let the light in. It felt cozy and clinical at the same time. I brought my own fidget from home to keep my hands busy. Pain was brief and dull from the initial shots of local anesthesia, no worse than it's been drinking cold water for the past month with my bad tooth. They provided more Novocaine if I happened to feel any sensation at all during the procedure. Overall, this was very similar to fillings I've had at my own dentist, with the addition of clamps and a dental dam. My roots form the shape of a J and Dr. Cha noted he may not be able to save my tooth based on the location. He did wonderfully despite my jacked up roots and I don't have to have the tooth pulled. My main advice would be to ask as many questions as you can think of when you call to make your appointment so you are prepared, and advocate for yourself if you are apprehensive. They took great care of me.

I went to Dr Bruce Cha 2 years ago for a root canal he was great. Patient, polite, friendly. Now I have to go back for another root canal I have to call tomorrow for an appointment. I recommend him to everyone I know that needs a root canal.

I don't understand the bad reviews I read on Dr. Cha. He performed a root canal on me, and he was gentile, fast, and extremely professional. Did the procedure in one day, and took less than an hour!! Used the latest equipment, and I had NO PAIN!!! I highly recommend Dr. Cha.

Terrible doctor, pressed on my head with his elbow during the procedure. He said he had to cradle it ( my head) to get to my tooth. He had two assistants working with him. Toni assisted at the beginning of the procedure and she didn't appear until the end. He also yelled at me several times. Dr. Cha says lift your left arm if you feel any pain. I lifted my left arm. He kept working. His second assistant ( Lucy, I think) had to tell him, she's in pain. I have to go back because he says he couldn't find the third site of my tooth infection. It was a nightmare and it's not over.
