Precision Dental

The service was excellent. I did not have to wait past my appointment time, the receptionists where inviting and efficient. Everyone who worked with me was knowledgeable professional personable and efficient. One of the best experiences I have had at a dentist office period.

Our visit to Precision Dental was great! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. Dr Groce takes care of me and my sons and she is very thorough. My youngest son has always been afraid of the Dentist so when we switched to Precision his anxiety went away. He came out smiling.

Nothing about going to the dentist is pleasant but Precision dental staff was very pleasant and professional. I really enjoyed my visit with the dentist and hygienist, who explained everything and took good care of me throughout the visit. I look forward to my next cleaning and will recommend friends and family!

I found my experience unprofessional and received terrible dental work. My first appointment went great. After that Dr. Groce treated me solely for insurance money, telling me I had 13 cavities. She filled them all in one day and said, "I’d like to fill these two as well but we’ve capped out your insurance." I thought that was odd. I grew up with my Dad being a reputable dentist for 30+ years, he thought that was odd too. I called to have my fillings adjusted as they were sitting a little too high, making my bite off. She would not perform an adjustment on the fillings she produced. She wanted me to pay for more X-rays, that were unnecessary for what I was asking. The Doctor personally yelled at me over the phone saying "You don’t know what you need!" After getting upset and starting to cry because of her yelling, she berated me for crying and told me "Not to come in her office crying." She said "If you don’t like how I’m talking to you over the phone, you damn sure won’t like the way I talk to your face." She seemed unhinged. She eventually agreed to do the adjustment and hung up on me. At the office, I sat quietly shaking, listening to her tell me all the things that could be wrong with my teeth, and that this is the only adjustment she will do to the fillings she put in my mouth. It’s crazy that this should’ve just been a simple conversation and visit but turned so sour. But hey, my mouth is better after the adjustment, so I guess I did know what I needed after all. Trust your gut and stay away from this place!
