Dentist in Greenville

Scheduled here after finding them on my insurance website. Verified coverage then and the they also verified again the day of. Went in for a routine cleaning (covered). Received a bill notification a few days later for balance owed, so of course I called. I spoke to Alex in the billing department who stated I have no balance due showing in there system. He seemed extremely helpful. Stated if I received any other correspondence from the office he’d make sure it was taken care of. Well today I received a text from them for a completely different balance. When I called, it wasn’t a professional greeting just "hello" so I confirmed business details. The Lady nervously confirmed and then I asked to dish to Alex, she said she was Alex. Although o know she was not, I began explaining the reason for my call, she hung up. Called back because surely something happened number blocked. I call from a different number a guy answers the phone. I again confirm business and ask to speak to Alex, he says he’s Alex. Now I’m uncomfortable. So o called the office number on Google of course there’s an answering service, asked to be transferred to billing the lady answers I asked if Alex was in she said yes. I can’t speak to Alex though. I said well he gave me his name and number to call regarding this matter. So now she wants all my personal information. I gave my phone number as asked she asked for more apparently she can’t pull it up… but Alex did. Whose apparently shape shifts. Very sketchy business, "Dr." Moriah is sketchy. I highly do not recommend Dentist of Greenville. All of their information online is incorrect. Worst dentist experience I’ve ever had in my life and I love going to the dentist. Find somewhere else to go.

Great place. Very nice staff. Explained everything thoroughly and tried their best to find a payment plan for the work I need. Unfortunately I just can't afford it

This is the most unprofessional Dentist I have ever been to. They DO NOT respect people’s time. They constantly cancel on you because the Doctor has "emergencies or is sick". But today is the worst experience yet. I was scheduled for an 8am appointment today, I get here at 7:55am and see one truck. As I’m stepping out to walk up a gentlemen steps out his truck to make me aware that the Doctor called out and they will possibly be open if they can get another Doctor here. He told me he was a maintenance worker and they just texted him. So, I wait until 830am, no one arrived and NO TEXT about this. I call no answer. They call me back and tell me my appointment was rescheduled for next Friday. And they thought I received a call. No I didn’t nor a text. This is absolutely ridiculous and a waste of time.

As a mom my children came first and over the years I wasn't able to take care of my smile. The staff here were very sweet and professional. They didn't judge me for the condition of my teeth. They went above and beyond to help me with my smile. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know.

Dr. Sandhu is terrible and has no business working with special needs individuals!! My daughter came in to have fillings done. She didn't come to be judged, lectured, or scolded!!! Dr. Sandu was not kind or caring. She sent my daughter into a full blown anxiety attack! The front desk staff is wonderdul....however...we will NEVER be back and we will spread the word to other every chance we have!

Absolutely dreadful scheduling experience. My wife has scheduled THREE TIMES for a 4pm appointment (as allowed through the website) but they’ve cancelled all three times, saying they are closed at the time she chose. So she scheduled for 9am on a Monday, and they’ve now called and told her that even though she scheduled her appointment, they can’t take her and she needs to come in at 8am or not at all. Absurd. Either fix the website to accurately reflect the times that you are open and have available appointments, or close your office entirely. Complete waste of time.
