N.E.W. Community Dental Clinic

This place is a joke. Had my first appointment already having been in pain for weeks. Told them i knew an extraction was needed based on a previous dentist id seen in march. They scheduled me for an extraction another 3 weeks out. Day of my extraction, they call to reschedule me with a different provider at the other N.E.W. clinic another 10 days out from original extraction date. Now today, (my rescheduled extraction is supposed to be happening tomorrow) they call to tell me i have to reschedule AGAIN. and whoever rescheduled me the first time, must not have known they cant switch patients between providers there. They clearly dont communicate between offices, or know what they can/cant do between separate providers. And clearly dont care about the pain the patients are experiencing. Told em I'd continue to wait it out and find a new clinic all together

Front receptionists are very rude and disrespectful. Have called multiple times to relay a message to my dentist and each time have been given an attitude. There should be no reason it takes over a week to relay a message. Going into the facility the dentists and hygienists are very kind, but the front desk needs a rework. Terrible customer service. Absolutely do not recommend.

I just had the best experience at this clinic!The whole staff is so nice and Dr Ganshert did such a wonderful job with my tooth. He was so nice, explained carefully the whole process and asked me multiple times if I was okay or had any pain. Highly recommended!

Absolutely love the staff! Best dentist office I've ever been to. They all genuinely care for you and your comfort, and strive to do the best possible job no matter what kind of work is being done. Dr LaMerca (sp?) at the Monroe st clinic is hands down the BEST dentist I've ever had. He is highly skilled and has a great attitude and personality as well, that makes you feel welcomed and happy to have such a skilled and caring doctor. So glad to have found this facility! This place is the best!

Dr. Lamarca and his assistants are always so caring and kind. They never fail to make sure I’m comfortable! They make seeing the dentist enjoyable, even when it definitely isn’t.

They took very good care of my mother. Due to her anxiety, she was very nervous about going. They made her feel comfortable and had her laughing in no time. They truly cared. Thanks to the dentist and his staff for being genuine and professional!

They only do 1 little dental work at a time each time I'm there. I have several cavities, and each time I come here, they only fix 1 tooth and not all of them with cavities! What a ripoff!! I asked them to do them all at once, and they said "sorry we can't do that as we have customers waiting." Yet I'm usually the only one in the waiting room waiting! Oh, and they don't do a good job with tooth filling because one of my tooth fillings broke while eating just hard boiled eggs after 5 months!!! Will never be back here again. Update 1-7-2026: I went here Jan 5th because I have another tooth that's in desperate pain. The staff was incredibly rude and gave me a cold hearted response telling me that they can't extract it today because "they don't have the right people here to do that" And then the receptionist tries to book me for the 25th of February for my next appointment?!! Thats over a month away!! I suggest you to never go to this so called N.E.W Dental Clinic EVER. They will try to take advantage of you and try to rip you off. That proves that they clearly don't care about how painful patents are suffering. Explains why theres never many patients here everytime I show up. I will NEVER be back here ever again.
