Dr. Casey and her team are wonderful! I had some last minute scheduling issues with my very first appointment and they were so accommodating with rescheduling and when I finally visited, they fit me in sooner than I expected for a desperately needed, long overdue cleaning. Between Covid, having children, changing insurances, it’s been a while since my last cleaning. Dr. Casey also removed my permanent retainer for me after me inquiring if that can be done. I am very happy with the treatment plan they laid out and excited to be back on a regular cleaning schedule. Green Bay Smiles was the first dental office that has felt like home and I look forward to being a long term client!

Just finished my Invisalign treatment and I’m extremely happy with the results. From the very beginning, Dr. Casey Messer had a clear plan for my treatment and followed it exactly all the way through. At my final check-in, she polished everything up and my teeth look amazing. The whole process was smooth, professional, and well explained. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend her.

Staff is amazing and makes you feel welcomed. Very personable. I very much dislike getting my teeth cleaned, but not here. Staff ensures you are comfortable. Also luv the ceiling word searches. Would remind to anyone.

Thank you Dr Messer for squeezing me in yesterday right before the holiday as I was in so much tooth pain! All from the slightest hairline crack in a large filling!! 😱 I was essentially miserable! 🤕 💥 🦷 You & Taylor patched me up & I found relief before I left! Taylor is a phenomenal dental assistant! You both get 11 out of 10 stars! ⭐️ 🦷🥰 Huge thank you to Maureen for taking my call & finding a slot for me as well as showing me empathy just over the phone. Thank you to Angela for greeting me and being so genuine. Shout out to Jenna who’s my hygienist as she’s super friendly & very gentle with my cleanings!! This practice has an all around cheery & fun vibe to ease my dental anxiety. I can’t thank you all enough! 🩷

This dental practice is just the best! Explain everything clearly to help me understand how I can improve. They squeezed me in today and avoided a worsening problem. I highly recommend.

I had my 6 month dental appointment today, what a joy. I trust the expertise and knowledge of both my hygienist, Stacy and Dr. Casey Messer. They are wonderful communicators and have taken time to be sure I understand my dental needs. The front desk greets me with a smile .

Love this dental clinic. All of the staff are beyond amazing. I hadn’t seen the dentist in over 15yrs when I started here in 2023 and never once did they make me feel bad or insecure with that. They understood that dental care is expensive and sometimes there just aren’t any "extra funds" for it during those years. They are also amazing with my kids. They have taken a crazy toddler in stride for his cleanings which is always appreciated. They have also been very extra sensitive towards my oldest who is extremely afraid of needles for when she’s had to have a filling.
