Dental Associates - Howard

Didn't tell me anything about what to do with my tooth they just removed. Literally went from removing it to planning the next appointment for cavity. Didn't mention anything about the healing. Or any other pertinent information to what they literally just did. Did not talk about what was going in place of the tooth at all. Gave me a piece of gauze in a bag and I was on my merry way I guess. Too corporate casual for me. If you know what you need done before going, this is the place. If you dont know/want to know your proper care plan, this is not the place. More concerned with in and out the door than if they're doing what's best for you. I had a big bump under my tooth that was all my nerves under my tooth swollen bc I had a bad tooth that got capped. I assumed removing tooth would help make it go away. No, when they were numbing my jaw they jabbed a needle in those swollen nerves making my jaw even bigger, not to mention the swelling from the tooth being removed. I had this bump under my tooth visible in my jawline for at least 8 months. I was expecting antibiotics at least to help reduce inflammation. Im not a dentist so im not sure what to do or how to go about that and doesn't ever seem like they care what's going on as I've been dealing with this for a year and a half since I got it capped through them. They have never mentioned it once. Now there's no tooth and they gave me no further direction.

My hygienist Carrie is amazing, I love seeing a friendly face and getting to catch up with her during my cleaning! The front desk is always friendly when they greet me.

What a joke of a clinic to work with. They send you to collections without verifying if you have active dental coverage. I was thinking you ask for the dental card to verify coverage before hand! I wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone! Don't go there if you are a person of color!

Had a crown replaced today, Dr Daryl and associates were a pleasure. Appointments were easy to make and on time.

I visited Dental Associates after not being to the dentist for an extended period of time. They were amazing and developed a plan to get things back on track with my oral health and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you again Dental Associates.
