I can’t believe I haven’t left a review for this place yet!!! (I been coming here for the last 2 years, every 4 months) If you take a moment to understand how healthcare works in the US, you realize there is always a company or corporate structure behind doctors and employees. Sadly, that often means you find a caring doctor trapped behind a greedy system. I had an untreated infection that caused bone loss under my teeth. I fall into the category where some doctors might suggest removing all my teeth and replacing them with implants, even though that isn’t the only solution. I have no pain, no bleeding, yet many dentists working under a corporate model still pushed the "remove everything" path because it is the most profitable option, costing around 60k. After visiting six different dentists in Northern Colorado, Stewart was the only one who said: "You have no pain, no bleeding, no infection, why remove them? Let’s keep them clean as long as possible, preserve your natural teeth, and maybe they will last another five or ten years. When the time really comes, then you can consider removing them." What I want to make clear is that in all of Northern Colorado, Norco Family Dental was the only place that did not put money before patients. With Stewart’s guidance and the excellent care Lavonne provides during cleanings, it has now been over two years. Norco Family Dental is the last hope I have in the US healthcare system. They are everything that is right about putting the patient first, always. Sadly I don't know the name of all the employees, but the ones behind the disk at the entrance, and over the phone/text, they were excellent too.

This practice is excellent. I just started taking my family here and I’m so glad I made the switch. They are so kind and patient, casual in a way that makes you feel comforted and extremely efficient. They are all so knowledgeable and offer excellent care. The empathy they show for others is unmatched and the dentists also speak Spanish for those who may not speak English as their primary language - so inclusive.

They are EXCELLENT. All around. I never have to wait, even if I'm 30 minutes early. The nurses are AMAZING and smart. The Doctor I see is so cool, so awesome and nice. The ladies at the front desk are super sweet. And everything was explained to me. I have never had such an amazing dentist experience.

I've been going here for over (3) years and this place has gone down hill for sure. Here are several incident's: 1.) I had a cavity in which the dentist drilled and filled, in the process he cracked my tooth, then I had to get a crown, all out of my pocket. 2.) Came in for a 6 month cleaning, Several dental hygienists were in the back room watching an explicit video, I could here the profanity all the way done the hall. They all commented laughing and echoing the same (R) rated language as the video spoke. All I kept thinking was " I hope no kids could hear" ,Very embarrassing. 3.) My next (6) month cleaning was the worst I've ever had. The gal ( nice enough) but knew nothing about cleaning my teeth and did a horrible job. I think the biggest problem with Norco is that when the dentist comes in to check on the hygienists or talk to you about options such as implants, they just try to sell you more service instead of quality controlling what you actually showed up for. My suggestion would be for them to start cleaning house with the front desk and turn things around. I'm not returning to this place.

For anyone who struggles with dentist anxiety like I do, I highly recommend Dr. Stewart and his staff at Norco Dental here in Greeley. They dealt with my tears the first time I went two years ago and have made me feel nothing but comfortable each time I go back! They are truly the best! They take the time to do thorough exams and are just overall friendly. I have never had a "bad" visit. Kaylee, of the hygienists, did a phenomenal just b with my 6 year old today, showing him the ropes with all the tools and making him feel comfortable enough to go back by himself. So thankful to have Norco Dental in our community!

I cannot express the immense gratitude and appreciation I have for this office and their entire staff! My toddler had a fall which partially knocked one of his teeth out of alignment. I called in panicked and stressed out and the front desk staff was kind, compassionate, and quickly got my little one scheduled even though we were not current patients. The dental assistant and dentist were excellent with my toddler; they both spoke directly to him and made him feel comfortable while also communicating clearly with both myself and my husband. Phenomenal care and a great experience will keep us coming back! Thank you Norco Family Dental!

Editing in response to their dismissive reply: Emotional well being would have been not spending 45 minutes trying to fit a crown on a child's tooth that the dentist clearly didn't know how to fit. It would have been admitting they could not get it to fit, and referring us somewhere else who can handle children's teeth. I do not appreciate our horrible experience being made out to look like we did something wrong, when it was your dentist who did. But I guess I shouldn't have expected any responsibility to be taken with how the entire experience was handled. I took my 6 year old daughter here months back, and she needed a filling. They completely botched it and couldn't get the crown on. They made her sit through a ridiculous amount of poking and prodding trying to get it on, only to fail. And then, Instead of doing anything to remedy it, the dentist pretended all was fine to avoid a bruised ego. After such a negative experience, we changed dentists, and I was not going to comment further, but I feel like now I need to. The new dentist looked at the tooth and told us that it should have been fit for a crown, and all we could do was wait and see if any problems arise or pull it. We opted to wait to try to avoid losing the tooth prematurely. It ended up infected, and had to be pulled. I am so disappointed with the dentist who worked on my daughter here and the awful job that was done. I would not recommend taking kids to this dentist.
